I think she may have some leniency here if she was indeed being abused. If that was her only way of getting info out there.

She pressed criminal charges. That's legal recourse. She could have gone on her own Twitter and said whatever she wanted.

She absolutely violated both Acts. And it's incredibly dangerous to set the precedent of forgiving felonious computer fraud violations because of recently submitted criminal charges in a domestic dispute.

This wouldn't have been a blip on radar before but DV is being taken very seriously now and we saw Zeke miss games with little no evidence he did anything to that girl or any other woman.

I believe this is too late in off-season for the punishment to occur this season.
I think if it plays out and all it could be a punishment for the following season if at all.

I hope you're not referring to Dez. Unless you're talking about 2014 Dez and 2017 Irving, in which case you'd be correct.

2017 Dez isn't even sniffing top 5. Zeke, Lee, T. Smith, Martin, Frederick, Lawrence, Irving are all without question better than Dez. You also could easily make a case for most of the young secondary as well a host of other players.

It doesn't matter if he did it or not. Hes been suspended for PED use and being accused is an automatic 6 games for first offense. As seen with zeke last year.
