Good morning fans, I know we have a need at LB, and many "so called" experts are stating we should pick L.V. out of Boise @19. Isn't N. Bowman still available and has anyone heard anything of him coming to Dallas lately? I would rather get him to fill the void and draft a LB in the later rounds. Your thoughts?

The only thing I have heard about Bowman is that his contract demands remain very high. Higher than Oakland - or anyone else - are willing to pay.

My belief all along has been that Dallas views Bowman as a backup plan if they can't get either Roquan or Edmunds. Those are the crown jewels at LB that can provide an immediate impact and long term sustainability. If neither one drops within reach, then Bowman on a 1 or 2 year deal fills the immediate hole with mid round picks for future development.

I hope that is the plan!

Bowman please. He is the best LB . We cannot draft a guy that's at his level. Sign Bowman, draft a mid round guy like Leonard and move on.

Bowman can start and play at a high level. He has 2 years of solid play left.

If the Cowboys draft LVE I will make like an Indian watching a person litter.

They want a 3 down LB because the only one who can cover anything is Lee. I think Jaylon will make big strides but certainly neither are any kind of guarantee.

And we won't need to sign Bowman after we take Evan's or LVE.

you too, Breakdown on your analysis and tell us why.
Just don't make the statement, please elaborate.
He has a pinched nerve in his neck that flares up...so at what 22 or whatever he is,thats bad right out of the chute. That's a medical issue. He has the perfect frame you want for LB...almost a cookie cutter frame, just like Adam Archeltta and Bobby Carpenter. His coverage skills are not good. Has the body you want, neck aside..but you must question the football IQ and awareness. Same as A.A. AND BOBBY Carpenter,Matt Johnson(mostly medical)...and some would argue Byron Jones fits into this category.

Thanks, I did not know about the pinched nerve. Sounds exactly like what Dallas would do, and that is never any good.
