Sorry about that. Nothing out there to get your adrenaline going than bow hunting. Hunting elk out west with a bow on public land is the ultimate challenge. What an adrenaline rush when your 20 yards away from an unsuspecting Bull elk bugling his head off!!

Stephen Jones said last week he wants Dak Prescottto earn league MVP honors this season, giving the Cowboys even more reason to pay the quarterback a deal he “deserves.” Prescott wants even more than to be the best in the league this season.

He wants to become “the best quarterback that the Cowboys ever had.” That’s saying something considering Hall of Famers Roger Staubach and Troy Aikman wore the star on their helmets, and Tony Romo owns most of the team’s passing marks.

Prescott’s comment came after he was asked about the pressure of playing for a contract this season.

“It’s not any pressure,” Prescott said, via Jon Machota of the Dallas Morning News. “I want to be the best I can. I want to be the best quarterback that the Cowboys ever had. All that stuff comes when you play the game well.

Hey not playing for a contract this season. He has two seasons left on his rookie contract. Dak has the weakest arm of any Cowboy QB ever he can try and try but there are just a few throws a game when you reach the playoffs that a QB will have to make and Dak doesn't have the ability to make them.

Yes because its a TEAM thing . Not individual players .... So if something happens to a player , they dont have to use an injury excuse . Or have a need to have All-Pro players at all positions. That Qb with Hunting addiction also was having a MVP season and led the NFL in TDs with 33 in 13 games. Actual TDs not rushing

Actual, TD’s not rushing. What’s that suppose to mean? A QB rushing for a TD, counts just as much as a QB passing for a TD. No chance of an interception either. Maybe if Russel Wilson would have ran a QB draw vs NE they win that Super Bowl, instead of losing on an INT. A QB who can pass and run is very difficult to defend. Dak can do both.

He threw 3 TDs in his first playoff game as a rookie but had zero help from defence. But I guess that doesn't count.

I can still pull my bow but it is not as easy as it once was and I just cant get into the crossbow thing as I feel having the bow already drawn back is an unfair advantage during the bow season . As any seasoned bow hunter knows making the huge movement of drawing a bow with a big buck 20 yrds away is an art .

The trophy is great but I don't shoot anything I am not going to eat hope Wentz is like minded. Nothing the matter with holding out for a Trophy as long as you make use of everything.

Yep many times you will smell them first and then they let that bugle rip . Raises up every hair on your body . Its one of those things in a world that seems to do nothing but dull your senses that makes you feel alive .
Kind of like the Cowboys made us feel in the 70s when Roger was leading a comeback late in the game . Pure Excitement !!!

Just like the 95 Cowboys where the team was pretty much coach-less when you got it you got it!!!!

I cant stand hunters that waste usable things from the kills. Almost everything is useful to someone. I have family that likes to use our property and hunt just to hunt . But they donate the meat charities to help feed people
