Agreed Sarge pretty close but I still have to give the Eagles an edge with the depth they have . If Dak went down we don't have near as good a backup at the most important position as they do . TE has also become an advantage for them as well as the interior of the Dline and Safety


And yea I hate giving the Eagles any credit but I have been in denial too long . Eagles suffered all the same player injuries that we did and handled it better . Facts are they blew our doors off and we need to catch up . The NFL just dose not seem to be a process friendly place

Depth is where it really separates the team. But I agree with Sarge that starters for starters its a even keel. Dallas just gets screwed with FO and coaching staff. IF was not for them Cowboys would be a SB contender the last 5 seasons. the FO screws pooch like this year 28 million in dead cap .... that could add a ton of depth talent

Wentz has the stronger arm over Dak, only thing you can say is better. His accuracy, which Dak gets dogged for, isn't better. The playoff Foles is better yes, but the Foles who plays in the regular season isn't better than Dak.

its hard to compare Wentz and Dak ... two different offenses, two different schemes. Dak does not have to do what Wentz does because Cowboys are more run focused.

Congrats on the SB. I did not root for y’all to win but I couldn’t stand to see brady win another SB. And I like the fact that if it obviously wasn’t going to be The Cowboys at least it was a team from our division that won. Especially after the mediots saying the NFC East division was getting weak.

After watching us play each other the last regular season game and seeing our Defense shut foles down I assumed you guys would be one and done. But your staff put this kid in great positions and game plans that worked great. Gave him confidence and he made the throws when he needed to. The defense did a good job.

How puckered was your behind on that final drive? Lol. I am watching the game and saw the pats climb back in it, and I told my wife if they let brady have the last drive he will win this game. Sure enough they got the ball and I am thinking here we go, another game winning drive from brady. He has gronk and amendola rolling. When the got to brady I was just waiting to see the refs throw a flag on y’all. It was the first time I saw brady look like he is aging. But you guys went out and took the game. Congrats.

That’s true. But it’s hard to compare accuracy when one guy prefers taking those shorter passes and the other is more of a gun slinger. Don’t really know.

Their main focus was to stay healthy and avoid more injuries since we already lost so many key players/starters.. Sproles , Maragos , Peters , Hicks , Pumphery , Smallwood , Wentz . Most also forget that we lost Darby for over half the year , but I don't normally count guys that are not out for the year.

But ty , it feels great we finally won. Ive been salty since 2005 when I felt we were cheated out of that SB when it came out Pats were stealing signals. I got to enjoy game with my wife kids and Father. My father was at the last Championship game they won in 1960 , he was 14 and never imagined it would of taken so long. We are going through the pains now. Making the playoffs after having dominating regular season just to be one and done and out coached in the playoffs sucks. One wierd call against the lions advanced us and then we got the screw job against the packers.

Looking forward to getting this season started and seeing if we bounce back.

Great question? I think we are close in talent. We are definitely better OL and RB. Maybe WR. LB will probably be better by the end of the year. Otherwise, not sure. TE is a negative at present for us compared to them. We'll see.

Cut it, slice it or dice it any way you want but at the end of the day, it's going to down to how well Dak plays. Pretty sure every opponent goal will be to force Dak to beat them rather than Zeke and OL.

not even close if were being impartial. Eagles have better: QB, WRs, TE, entire Defense. And Eagles OL graded out better than Dallas last year but we can call that a push. Only position I see Dallas better at is RB. We haven't even gotten into HC & GM where I also give the Eagles the edge. Dallas is in for rough next few years and fans should prepare themselves accordingly.
