Every int thrown by Dak in 2017

5 out of 13 Ints went right off receivers hands (2 Terrence, 3 Dez)
3 were cause by arm or body contact during the throw

I think I counted 5 that were clearly Dak's fault. 5 clearly not. You can argue about the middle.

Getting hit is not an excuse, though. It's up to the QB to have his clock set right. I realize it won't always happen, but it's still a mistake when it does.

The most annoying thing was watching the receivers who failed to protect the ball ( that's their job too) standing or trotting while the defender they were right next to runs back the return.

Dak hustles to try to make the tackle, and he aint that fast. He usually causes them to have to slow up to avoid him. If only some of the faster players on the team had run down the defender to take advantage of slow up.

If you were the target of the pass, you run down to make the tackle until the whistle blows. Zero tolerance for loafing on that one. Zeke got a lot of grief for it on one play. But he wasn't the only one.

Yup, and I'd like to point out that 2 of those 3 were from the left side where either Collins or Williams will be taking over. That still leaves 5 that were strictly on him. That's not awful for a young QB, but it's not great either. He can learn from them.

Amazing how Bryant seemed to be involved in most of them.

I agree, that's another interesting factoid. Let's not forget that he damn near caused another one @ NYG when he had it literally hit him in the body and almost fell into the WRs hands.

In Dak's first two seasons, the Cowboys ranked 1st in the NFL in rushing attempts and 31st in the NFL in passing attempts.

You can definitely dice it both ways. Some bad decisions by Dak and some that weren't really his fault. Such is the life on an NFL QB.

Plus, this was only year 2 for him. He can and will learn. I guess some fans need a guy to come out of the gate throwing 40 TDs and only 2 int's to be deemed worthy. Look, I'm not sure Dak is going to pan out or not but it amazes me some fans won't let him get a chance. There are plenty of worse starting QBs in the league IMO.

Trent dilfer would love you! Super bowl win and out the next year.

Only nine wins last yr. would have been 8 if the eagles had played to win.

Dang dude.
You missed my WHOLE point. My point was talking about his ROOKIE campaign. Not his sophomore year. If you are going to jump into a debate you had nothing to do with at least stay on topic.

Typical of you. Never a congnizant point, just ramblings with no basis in fact.

The video is like 2 minutes long. It's 13 plays. It's right here in this very thread. Is it that difficult for you to point out where any of your jibberish applies to a specific play in question? Just one?

Your asinine platitudes about WR behavior that don't apply to any of the plays in question is not helpful.

I am not twisting your words. I am making a conclusion about the comments you have made. Putting them together, that is the only logical conclusion. It's not a conclusion I understand, but you keep going out of your way to avoid making a simple clarification and provide any logical fact based point or an example of what you mean.

Don't get all upset because I'm right and you can't back-up your assertions.
I'm not upset in the least, just offering my perspective and that of WR's I've been around in my lifetime. Some moron, self righteous internet tool has zero effect on my emotions.
Seriously. None. Now run along and be condescending to someone else. I really don't care to attempt a polite convo with you any longer. It's always the same snot nosed BS from you.
Why even respond to my posts in the first place? To crap on Dak some more?

I agree, it's on the QB in regard to your point on getting hit. I think that improves both with solidifying the O line and more experience. If it doesn't, there's an issue.
I also can recall a few other plays not n this short video that illustrated the WR/WRs not protecting the ball. And I also agree on broken plays that players looked to have given up. Not just the WRs, but Elliott as well. Every inch matters in terms of field position.

Exactly. You have no argument. Never did.

You have not attempted a conversation, because you keep spouting nonsense and can't address what's presented.

I responded to your comments because I was trying to discuss the topic of this thread. You might try it sometime.

I repeatedly asked you how any of your ramblings applied to the plays in this thread and you have repeatedly tried to deflect and avoid the subject. Why do you post at all? Troll?
