Yes it is. But this is the world Jerry created for us. I’ve just adjusted my expectations accordingly.

That’s your choice. But it seems silly to expect or hold the same measurements as other teams when the owner doesn’t set you up for success.

We have a very special dysfunctional situation here that IMO requires a much different mindset.

Why should this effect strategy? a) we still have 3 well above average O linemen and b) allegedly Zeke carries this team and can run with a lot of success behind any O line. There’s no reason Zeke still shouldn’t have a ton of yards.

Yeah especially since Martin is ok. I think La'el is a pro-bowl caliber RT and we'll see it this year. We might not be the A+ line we are with Frederick, but there's no reason our starters shouldn't be able to get the job done. My worries are with depth and that Travis & Tyron were supposed to prop Connor Williams up until he felt 100% comfortable and gained strength. I think Looney is more than capable to take care of his own responsibilities, but won't be the rock Travis is to Connor.

His mindset means that we will never win anything. The only outlet we have as fans is hope that some changes will finally be made. It might be hopeless but it's all we got. I know what Madden is just never played. I don’t do Fantasy Football either but I do see how the focus on individual stats is over emphasized. Makes me wonder if time clock management in a Madden game could possibly over emphasize it related to a real game?

In real time there are so many moving pieces. Usually teams which manage the clock the best is driven by their QB’s especially in 2 minute drill.

It is in real time. Yes,the virtual players get in order more quickly(line up in 2 minute drill), but it’s basically same.

IMO playing the game is exactly as they say playing video games of poker is to pro poker players. Which is that you can simulate many sceneries in a short amount of time. Just like in poker you see many of the sequences that may happen and learn to deal with them. Especially in the two minute warning.
