This is true and for anyone playing with the numbers at home no matter how much you adjust them they stay pretty much the same as long as you keep interceptions = 0. The number of yards simply tell you whether they win because of the passing game, in spite of it, or in between.
Is anyone but Fantasy players really interested in any stat other than winning?

I suppose there are just fans who hopped on our wagon because of Dak. I guess fans still flock to teams because of a player?

Stats are only used in an argument to provide a theory in defense or to attack those who come up short in winning.

The great Troy Aikman had many I mean many regular season games where he averaged under 200yards..they used emmitt smith and great defense and timely drives to win many games..however im not concerned about the yards but hes missing open receivers , holding the ball to long which creates more sacks and kills drives..so if you take the Ls like Carolina and say ok if he was better we would have won..thats on Dak. I think the main issue with Dak is not total yards but all the yards and points left on the table because of his deficiency's..I hope for more success from him but it is concerning for sure when you go back and loo at film on what hes missing..id like to see a few more points and that comes with sustained drives that arent ahappening because of what I mentioned above..its the point totals or lack there of that is most concerning..

Just in case you were wondering which board members hate or like Dak, read this thread.

Many of them should be very obvious.
Define hating Dak?

Is that like a fan who doesn’t think Dak is great enough to lead us to a Championship ?

Personally I like Dak. Bought all the gear his Rookie season. Have his first cover of Sports Illustrated framed in my sports cave. Great kid! Great story! Not a great QB.

Don't need it because it doesn't mesh with your agenda... sounds about right.

The fact that Adam showed 11 games against winning teams and 10 against playoff teams over a 10 year period should tell you everything you need to know about how hard it is to consistently beat good teams without effective passing games.

He could have said that there were Zero losses against winning teams under those conditions.

The stats don't indicated that it's hard to win under those conditions. The limited numbers are just indicate that things like zero INTs don't happen that often.

That's a lie. You answered your own question
What's a lie? You said Dak didn't throw accurate on 3/4 passes deep....... That's false, period, no matter how you wanna spin it. Add the fact you can't even answer my question also tells me you know you're false but you have an agenda to keep.

I’m not really sure why fans are defending the 30th ranked offense and 29th ranked QB?

Now if we can go to the Super Bowl with it then no one will care.

But if not then it will be highly criticized and deservedly so.

I don’t remember fans complaining about Romo passing for less than 200 yards against GB in the playoffs. Take away his short pass to TWill who took it the distance and Romo was close to 150 yards.

The defense, Murray, and Bailey were faulted for that game and Romo was praised for a masterful performance.

That's because Romo had the ability to throw for 300 yards.

So as long as he as the ability to throw the ball for 300, it is alright for him to throw for less than 200 yards in a season ending loss. It's just not alright for Dak to do it in a regular season win. Clear as mud to me. :lmao:

I see what you're saying, but that's what was tough supporting Romo. At any point when we needed a win he could break your heart with an untimely blunder. That's what I like about Prescott. He's more careful. That conservative approach doesn't sit well with those who still go on about Romo.

Romo had that great game against Denver until he threw a pick in the end. Which isn't completely his fault due to the points the D gave up in that game. But, he still made a mistake which help cost that game. So, then his great game was made useless due to the Cowboys losing that game.

Dak having a better Defense isn't his fault. That is on Jerry for not giving Romo a better D to help him out. But, seeing comments like "Romo would win the Superbowl with this defense" in a way where it seems some resent Dak for currently having the better D, I don't understand that. But, one of the positive things about a better D is Dak doesn't have to worry about putting up big stats every single game just to keep up with the opposing offense.

Romo had some very good teams. He had opportunities multiple times to go or go further into the playoffs.
