So here's a question.

When he was initially reported as "cut" I was shocked. Then it came out it was an injured designation, which normally means he would then revert to the Giants IR if he cleared waivers. He obviously cleared waivers as he wasn't on an active roster. How did he end up on Cards PS instead of Giants IR?

He is! More of a SS though, I think they were looking for a FS type. I really like this signing. He played decently for the Giants, but then got hurt. He supposedly fully recovered now.
