A 5 year old Aaron Rogers wearing a diaper would be a better QB than Dak is today.
I am just a Regular Joe who used to comment about the Cowboys on ESPN and later on ESPN via FB.
Have you thought of the separation our WRs are getting as bait for DBs to jump the routes; since they are not afraid of getting beat deep?
And DAK is not injured like Rodgers is.You're comparing Dak Prescott, a third-year quarterback who has struggled with accuracy and loss his only playoff game, with Aaron Rodgers, a proven veteran who has won a Super Bowl, is considered one of the best quarterbacks ever but may be on the downside of an illustrious career?
You're actually comparing Dak's inaccuracy with Rodger's inaccuracy?
Wow I had no idea I was talking to a celebrity. All this time I just thought the name Legend had nothing to do with your standing in your own mind.
Anyways I might agree with what you just said. I think it's pretty clear the opposing defensive backs don't have to worry about the Deep ball. But not because of our receivers LOL
I don't expect you to.And DAK is not injured like Rodgers is.
Can't see your point.
Like Dak’s passes to Tavon against the Giants and Texans and his passes to Zeke and Gallup against the Lions... Check out the pass below...
Give him elite WR talent that can catch contested throws and break tackles and get open more often...
Wow 50 likes for that oneI love satire. Well done.
If you upgrade Dak’s talent he will move up the QB rankings.
He will look closer to “elite” than he looks now. And that is scary for fans like you.
For the Dak haters and individuals who want the Cowboys to change QBs...
Even the great Aaron Rodgers is getting called out for:
-poor mechanics
-not seeing the field
-bad reads
-missing open targets
-sailing passes over open targets
-holding ball way too long
-turnovers... fumbles at the worst times
There is no perfect QB... Instead build a complete team with minimal weaknesses.
See below for a sample of criticism Aaron Rodgers is facing.
"He's really not a Dak fan" , I almost fell over when I saw his post saying that, he is either a Dak fan boy or a troll but it has gone way past the absurd at this point. he's now saying Dak and Elite in the same sentence this is how bizarre he has become at this point. No he doesn't like Dak he loves him.
Honest question here. Do you really expect people to believe you’re not a fan of Dak with statements like this? 90% of your posts are about Dak.
Uh, you didn't start the thread. Legend did, and he made the comparison. I'm responding to the thread topic.
My issue isn't with you. You responded to me. The fact that you wish to talk about Rodgers 100 percent doesn't negate the reason why I commented on this thread.
Well, if you get tired, don't visit this thread. We who are not tired decided to visit and register our comments.
It's not a matter of reading minds. It's a matter of understanding words and their meaning.
This is what we DO know.
1. He made a comparison. THIS IS FACT!
2. He meant something by his comparison. THIS IS ALSO FACT!
3. An INTERPRETATION involves "reading" something into or from an action. THIS IS ALSO FACT!
4. An INTERPRETATION can be accurate or inaccurate. THAT'S WAY WE DISCUSS!
Well, prove me wrong. You can make what you say mean anything you want, doesn't make it true...
Never said you couldn't. But that's not the issue. The issue is why we're talking about Aaron Rodgers. I explained why.And I can register mine..
This post aged wellA 5 year old Aaron Rogers wearing a diaper would be a better QB than Dak is today.
This post aged well
One great outing does not a trend make. I'm not a huge Prescott supporter but I'm also honest enough to admit he played a fantastic game today. That doesn't erase weeks and weeks and weeks of sub-par production from the quarterback spot
If Dak continues to play like he played today on a consistent basis and has only an occasional bad game like all quarterbacks do, we will be a very good team with this run game and this defense
Unfortunately is an undeniable truth that for Dak over the past year great games have been the exception rather than the norm
If games like today become more consistent all this other stuff will melt away. And Until then he is still going to have his doubters and deservedly so

Missed another wide open target for TD. The Packers missed the FG.
Missed 3 wide open targets. Instead checked down to target with no chance to make a play.

Greg Jennings calling out Aaron Rodgers
For missing open targets
“A big factor for this issue could be a lack of trust from Rodgers. Whether it’s from not trusting his wide receivers because of limited practice time or it is because he doesn’t trust what he is seeing in McCarthy’s play calling scheme, it is an area that needs to improve.”
For sailing passes and not setting his feet
“Given Rodgers’ school yard style of play at times, he doesn’t always set his feet as he throws and will throw the ball from awkward arm angles. Both of these characteristics will diminish any quarterback’s accuracy, including Aaron Rodgers.
Against the Lions this past Sunday, Rodgers had a clean pocket to throw from and had plenty of space to step forward into the throw. Despite this, he never set his feet and proceeded to overthrow his six-foot-seven tight end Jimmy Graham, for what should have been an easy touchdown pass.”
Rodgers going off-script
“What makes Aaron Rodgers so special is his ability to create when a play is broken down. This often leads to Rodgers making some sort of spectacular play. While this is a key part to his game and has given the Packers a lot of success, it is Rodgers’ weakness as well.
It is not uncommon for Rodgers to pass up an easy completion to an open receiver because he doesn’t like what he sees or because he thinks there is a bigger play potentially developing down the field.”
A fan’s comment
“Article is correct. Rodgers is not seeing the field at all and his reads. He's holding the ball way too long. Dump it or have a safety valve, not all receivers in one spot down the fiels; live for another play and NO FUMBLES for christ sake. Rodgers deserves as much blame as do the others on the same capers, I mean pertine defense! High drafts on defense, no pass rush again this year, and wide open, OPEN receivers. Why do our receivers struggle to get separation when no names from other teams do? Simple: MM non schemes”.
