All of those guys have coaches who can scheme to their strengths. We are leaving Dak to fend for himself. His QB coach is Kellen Moore, a guy he beat out and forced him to quit the league because no one wanted him. That is Dak's coach...

Look at 2016. Romo and Sanchez were in his ear. Not a fan of either that much but both were vets and know the game and how to play QB in this league. Moore is none of that.

If you don't like that example, I will give you another one...…...Vince Young.....great rookie year and then went down hill from there.

My point being is that there are many many examples of QBs that have great rookie seasons and then just slowly go downhill from there. Maybe the league gets tape on them, maybe they get injured, maybe they get beaten like a rented mule in a sack parade game and they get the yips from there on out (possibly Dak's problem), ect….

You make it sound like if a QB has a great rookie season, they will continue to play like that year after year.....that is just not the case and many examples prove it.

it is, he is running the circus now, jerry just announces things.
Really it is the 2 jones boys that come up with all the moves they make or dont make.
they are the co GM's but stephen is the main GM now. Mclay just advise's them, and JG just says " sounds good Jerry ,where's my paycheck?"

There have been a lot of things Jerry has wanted to do but Stephen stepped in and said no and Jerry went along. Hell, the whole Johnny Manziel thing would have went a lot differently if not for Stephen.

Stephen has been running things a lot more than Jerry for about 6-7 years now.
