Dak Prescott or Quincy Carter?

Why does this thread exist is the more important question.
I still can't figure out what makes anyone worship Carter. He barely managed to make the playoffs at 10-6 w/ the #1 D in the NFL. His 71.4 rating wasn't even good for the time, and neither were his 3,302 passing yards and 17 TD's/21 INT's.

6.54 average gain.

Quincy was awful. Dak is better than him right now, but that doesn't take much.

QC was better than Dak at pocket presence and arm strength. Dak is better at not throwing picks. They both struggle with accuracy mightily. In 2003 I was on the QC bandwagon and was pretty upset that he got cut in 2004. I even bought a QC jersey during the 2003 season.

Testaverde and Bledsoe were bad in Dallas. It would have been nice to have QC until Romo was ready.
Save that jersey it maybe worth something 30 years from now !

I really liked Quincy, he just had too much stupid crap going on outside of football. Great arm and was a freak in the open field.

I’d still take Dak over him, purely based on the 2016 season.

I wouldn't...2016 was Dak the athlete + Romo's experience...As Romo was feeding him the correct reads via the helmet speaker. Take away Romo...is what you have now. Dak is a guy that won't put in the time to get better...still not recognizing stuff he should know by now. Still slow reading defenses...

I would pass on both and rather Philly deal with that question while Cowboys were extending Carson Wentz.

Quincy was Bad News but Parcells got to the playoffs with him. Crazy !!
And the Hambrick brothers, imagine how bad we were back then. The question is Are we any better today, I'm not so sure that we are...
