Linehan will go before Garrett, but the problem is that any coordinator who comes in will have to modify Garrett's scheme. That's what Linehan has had to do. He's added some of his touches, but we're still running a version of Garrett. I guess Garrett 2.0. It's a program with anti-creativity built in.
