Only two of these guys make sense...

the other one is just nuts.

Guess which is which.

Why waste your time on haters,,the hate.
SAS is agenda based and hate driven when it comes to the Cowboys.
He hates that his media anointed the Cowboys as Americas team and he has built his entire career on just hating this team.
F him

The Cowboys have helped SAS career! The Cowboys are the one team in the NFL that you either love em or you hate em. SAS has taken advantage of that and gained a following of people that made him so popular. Just talking about the Cowboys has made SAS a lot more money!
Everybody who is successful on TV has some sort of shtick.

They have to to separate themselves from their competition.

Thats why I never take what they will say seriously becuz the next week they will reverse themelves and we are supposed to take them seriously.

I pass.

And I include Aikman here.

We all saw he said the whole organization needs to be dismantled..

then the next week he says we are contenders for the playoffs.

It gets old.

one guy is correct, and thats SAS. Say what you want about him but he stuck to facts. the facts are right there. yes Dallas has failed, yes Dallas has had talent and continues to waste it. The other guy is saying quite clear, "in my opinion HERE is what i HOPE they do" thats not fact. end of story.

SaS sticks to the fact and he hedges the bet that the Cowboys will screw it up and hes correct to hedge that bet. Thats what you do with bets.

I hate SAS with a passion because of his Cowboys Fans hate. Which that said, name me one time he was wrong with the end result prediction in the Cowboys. It’s so easy to predict that we will fall short!

There really is only one way to put a cork in him: change that huge database of “facts”. He isn’t wrong, just annoying. Louis Riddick is also right: the Cowboys have a good defense with a top-tier front 7. Let’s hope they play like it vs. the Saints.

I like to hear what the enemy is saying.

I used to like Howard Cosell for the same reasons.

He was always good for an opinion which you would recoil from.

I hear what you are saying but granting an opinion is different than granting an opinion for the sole purpose of getting a desired reaction.

Cosell told it like it was based on facts. Smith is solely agendra driven and frankly, to his credit, he has admitted same.

Yep.

Now we are talking about the same guy in Stephen A.

I do not mind him knowing he is all fluff.

Having worked in TV a bit myself...

did some voiceovers for some commercials one time..

it was obvious to me to see the agendas at work.

Local TV stations are owned by huge corporations with profits the bottom line.

Not reporting on what is really going on.

Their motto is "you do not want to know the truth"

so their scrip writers make up their own versions and report on that to keep us entertained and watch their commercial advertising.

Simple.

We tend to forget 95% of programing is fictional.

The rest is actual but you may not learn that until weeks or months later after nobody cares and have moved on to other topics with a retraction or update that has been manipulated to death.

I think that is why sports is so popular.

It's realtime and reporting can't be sidetracked.

What exactly did he say that wasn't true?
Just things as fans we already know.

But we do not like a hostile reporter telling us.

That's the rub.

But if you look at Stephen A and just substitute on of the hotty female sportscasters..

and we will listen without predudice.

I used to be a big SAS fan but his bloviating schtick got old years ago... I still listen to his radio show because it's actually of good content and no schtick. But FT is now unwatchable.
Yes.

His audience for his radio show does not have the rating the TV shows do.

That's why he saves his best for them.

It all about money.

When he says screw it up and you agree with it, what is screwing it up?

It's almost like Stephen A. does his act to get attention and views. I didn't give him a view on ESPN or the video, and won't! I get kind of smug about it, too. Ha!

Based on the numbers of teams in the NFL, each team will fall short 31 out 32 years. To predict that any team will not win the Super Bowl is easy pickens. 97% chance you're right!

why should he? hes rioght a lot even know I despise the guy, we are applauding the Cowboys digging themselves out of hole with along ways to go with coaching still trying not to lose, poor playcalling is the downfall of this team..

secondly we are fighting to what at best be 9-7, that was last years outcome that we all were very unhappy with and really we had more excuses with star players hurt or suspended in many games yet we came back to finish 2nd, I found this commendable given the circumstances, this year a down year in weak division somehow makes 9-7 more palatable? Not to me im glad we have shot but im still angry at all the early season bad play calling, lack of carried and touches to zeke, and a HC that just seems to make decisions to not lose.. it cost us 3 games this year, I feel the talent was here, kore depth, and less major injuries, a weak divisions for the taking and instead of being 7-3/8-2 we are 6-4...this is not a commendable outcome regardless.. last years 9-7 IMO was tougher rto accomplish, this was bad year to have hiccups in the Houston, Washington game 1, and game 1 mostly coaching but geez we are still headed for 9-7 at best in dog fight with Philly and Washington to the very last game, ring any bells win the division or out on last game of season? its JG/SL doing what they always do..just enough

we are always snake bitten , make the wrong play or mistake at the very wrong time as SAS always says.. hes not wrong..
