There are a ton of changes just in one game, watch for yourself. It's fairly common for fans to assume there are no changes or adjustments but that's highly unrealistic.
It's just an easy thing to suggest.
You didn’t answer the question. What are the changes?

In the past 3 NFL seasons here are the NFC leaders in wins:

Cowboys 29
Saints 28
Vikings 27
Rams 26
Seahawks 26
Eagles 26
Falcons 25
Panthers 23
Packers 23

Winning is HARD. And not a single team in the NFC has been better in recent years in consistently winning games than the team Garrett, Linehan and Marinelli are coaching. Not one team.

And what do these coaches get in return for their accomplishments? Endless scorn, derision, personal attacks from embarrassing fools.

It really is cringe-worthy to hear some of you rant like children.
I don't like Garrett, but its on a personal level. As a coach he's OK, needs to be more consistent and he definitely needs to get better at game management.

Has a head coach (Jimmy Johnson) avatar, creates a post defending our coaching staff, goes 10+ pages defending coaches in general, who wants to bet this guy coaches pop warner or middle school football? Lmao

Look for yourself. Unless you're not capable of watching a game. I don't have time at the moment to argue X' and O's. It appears you just want to argue.
You have time, you spent an hr on here defending your opinion that there has been TONS of changes. So take 30 min and tell us what they have been.

I said I was too busy to get into a silly argument. Secondly, I did give an example.

If you honestly do not think the staff has made any changes from season to season/game to game - agree to disagree!

When did we enter the playoffs with superior personnel? When have the coaches had the most premium talent?

Let's see........2 years ago? Is this a trick question?

I mean, he doesn't think a good coach should be expected to make the playoffs, let alone win a playoff game, unless the coach has a universally considered superbowl quality team. He can't fathom that the definition of a "good coach" is arguably "how much do they make their players outperform their innate ability through development and scheme?"

If you take nothing else from this thread, just learn that T-RO has a way of evaluating coaches and setting his expectations that runs counter to 99% of the rest of the NFL world, and start taking his coaching related posts with a grain of salt.

I can see the momentum has grown to try to discredit me...or somehow demean me. The problem is...no one ever succeeds in doing that! Don't let me discourage you from trying, LOL. Keep it coming guys, humor me some more!

In a sport that measures performance by winning and losing I've demonstrated we have a coach who's been winning better than anyone. Yes, in the regular season.

I've never said...nor would I ever say that Garrett doesn't need to start seeing success in the playoffs.

Until recently we had Sean Lee on defense and little else. During most of the Romo years we had very little skill up-front to block for him. And these coaches must deal with Jerry's antics and undermining of authority.

So what you’re saying is, Super Bowl or bust this year? Because on paper this team is far superior to the one that went 13-3 in 2016.

Wait, it's now bizarre to hate Garrett? Wow. And you picked a very arbitrary time frame to make your numbers work. What you didn't list was playoff victories. We have none since 2014. And that is our only one this entire decade. Of which Garrett has been here as head coach all but 9 games.

How many teams have turned it around and got successful in that time frame? Many. All while we continue to accept mediocrity as some type of success.

This post is pretty embarrassing.
Yes, you are bizarre to hate Garrett the most winningest NFC coach the past 3 seasons. Arbitrary timing? How arbitrary is the present? You don't like cherry picking timeframes yet you do it yourself by pointing out no playoff wins since 2014. If you'll stay on the wagon, we'll see playoff wins coming soon, but if you jump off, won't miss you.

With a holiday spirit I will be generous and provide an excuse for some of the fools. You know not what you do. Your sin is in ignorance.

The reality is that Jason has a very limited role in Dallas. As Tony Romo himself testified on national TV...Jason's role isn't in working a lot of Xs and Os. It's mainly tone setting and team culture.

-The DC and his staff do virtually all the talent development on the defense. They design the scheme and set the formations.
-The OC and their staff design the offense, work the offensive players and call the plays
-The special teams coaches have their respective kingdom.
-The GM, McClay and scouts do the scouting - draft and league talent...and drive most of the personnel decisions
-The vast majority of hiring of coaching coordinators--is done by the Joneses

There's little left for Jason to do! I'm sure he's a principle party in meting out team discipline (though Jerry meddles there). Certainly he provides his input into many personnel and coaching decisions. He likely has a major vote on cut-down days. And Garrett of course makes the decisions on whether to go for it on 4th down and with extra points.

Jason's biggest job is to be a punching bag for the beer-in-hand fan who doesn't want to study or think--that garden-variety fan that loves to yell at coaches! His other notable job is to say, "Yes, Jerry."

How’d we do in the playoffs? What I thought. Wins don’t mean jack with no SB to back them up.
