If you can win a SB with Nick Foles in your stretch run, you can win one with Dak. He’s just got to smooth out the edges. Drive killing sacks, missing open guys for TDS, putting the ball on the ground... Those things won’t get it done in LA and / or in NO. But Dak has shown he can avoid those things in short stretches. If he can figure out how to put together 4 quarters of not doing them this team can be scary good.

When it was 2016 we were winning with Dak. We didn't have a great defense. So this thing about Dak being pretty average is bogus.

Can't hate on Colin on his perspective on this one, I think it's true. So, here's hoping doesn't break the bank, and he allows JJ to have cap space left for D Law, Zeke, Amari and others, so we can have a nucleus of good players.

Even with Cooper I think Dak misses Witten. One thing I noticed last night was that Schultz and Jarwin both had some nice plays. Hopefully they can keep improving each game.

What confuses me is why the coaches and Dak can't fix the same reoccurring issues we see weekly. Can they not address and improve pocket awareness and ball security with Dak? How about downfield accuracy by putting a little more air under the ball when your receiver has 10 yds. on his man? Pre-snap recognition/audibles and read thru progressions quicker, either making a throw, throwing it away or running sooner?
How many times do we see multiple receivers wide open for 15 yds. or a potential td if only Dak looks?
If he will improve in these areas just 50% this team can win it all.
If it's mostly coaching, then get better coaches like they did with the secondary, duh.

Simple things like Pre snap reads, setting your feet, stepping up in the pocket are basic basic things
Garrett knows the QB does not really respect him so he cannot make him do it

I agree with a lot of what Cowterd says.
However, is Option C with 21- 25M to the QB doable? Coop, Tank, Jones, Zeke, Jaylon, Beasley....... all need to be paid in order for Option C to be validated.

Not saying that, just observing and wondering where is the improvement? Every classroom has teachers, but the effectiveness varies dramatically.

If Dak is staying, coaching must be seriously upgraded. Period.

Colin's perspective is almost always spot on, accurate, and fair (in my opinion). I don't understand how or why people dislike Colin - he's the best at what he does.
