The use of that word automatically places the person in my "Don't consider this person's knowledge or intelligence relevant to the subject at hand. They are mindless parrots."

A clutch is the mechanism to disengage the transmission or drive train from the engine of a vehicle to shift gears or idle in gear... or it's to grab something with the hand.

A person is neither of these things.
