I'm sick & tired of hearing the disrespect by media & fans alike. (Cowboy fans incl.). Saturday night Dak & co. will elevate the beloved franchise to levels nobody has since Aikman, he will surpass Romo in Cowboy lore & tie him in playoff wins in only his third year under helm. People speaking of Dak as some Alex Smith "bus driver" type will be highly salty come Sunday morning, I don't need stats to see a gamer, I don't need stats to see IT.. the clutch gene in PLAYOFF time, something we've lacked at the position for 23 freaking years, the fortunes have turned and a statement will be made. Hassellback, SAS, M.Kellerman, Sharpe all blantly called Dak overrated on National TV leading up to the biggest game in Cowboy history since probably '16..Sooo many people are expecting or suspecting Dak will fall flat on his face, that Dak will succumbed to the bright lights of L.A and will be demolished and left for roadkill while Jason picks up his carcasses off the ground in a heap of disappointment..I tend to lean with history, and history says Dak will go toe to toe or more than likely out-play golden child Goff & leave uncle Wade in bewilderment. Sadly those that doubt Dak now will NOT walk the plank of wrongful admission yet will take either credit or continue to dis-credit what he's done. Buckle up :flagwave:

Overstating Zeke's contribution as a futile, but last ditch effort to undermine Dak's. Pathetic.
Overstating? He's doing what Dak is not. Leading without the best OL. I support Dak, but to smack a fan in the face for stating the obvious is ludicrous. Take Zeke off this offense, and we'd have the whole team watching the playoffs from the couch with us. You want to argue Dak is better than he is given credit? Fine. Don't knock someone for what Dak himself would tell you. Zeke is the moving force of this offense.

Zeke is not LEADING the team anymore than Dak is. You are insane, sir.

He's on his way up. Gotta keep winning when it counts. I respect consistency and winning. I do expect him to keep winning and getting better, just like Meredith, Staubach, White, Aikman, and Romo did. They earned it. And, I don't give two craps what you, the press, and other fans think about my assessment. I know what I see and that's all that matters to me. And, I hope Dak doesn't give a rip about my opinion or anyone else either.

You can make the same argument vice versa with switched roles to counter your argument. You can't factor one scenario while dismantling the other. Of course Zeke is the bell cow, the best player on the team if you ask me. But its very hard to convince a non-bias fan that the Cowboys are winning despite of Dak & not because of him .I don't buy it. I just seen him out-play a Super Bowl champion QB in Wilson. I wasn't the only person to witness it.

I'm not even here to knock Dak, man. I'm just disgusted that anyone thinks we would be here without Zeke. Make Dak whatever martyr you need, but he would be on the bench right now if not for Zeke. Everyone kept saying when Zeke was drafted "He's only good because of that prolific OL!!" Okay, now what? We've had back ups, rookies, and injuries across the wall, and Zeke STILL led the league (even with horrible play calling, injuries, limited passing offense, and missing the last game o_O). Dak is a solid QB. I just won't listen to someone urinating on greatness. Zeke when fat is still only 3% less of a RB than anyone in his profession.

I couldn't believe Hassleback's assessment. His co anchors couldn't either. They looked at him as if horns we're growing out his head.
