Dak shoulda had a pick six and the Ram's left 2-3 TDS on the field because of dropped passes. This game was a BLOWOUT!!! IT WASNT EVEN close.

The offense, defense, and sts all sucked. The Rams were a better caliber team at all levels and had they played better the score woulda been 49 to 20. Lol.

There's no regular season stats to justify how non playoff level we played. F's across the board for everyone not named Michael Gallup

Close only counts in horse shoes and hand grenades. There was nothing close about this game.

They put up 250 yards rushing on us and Garrett still doesn't kick an offsisides kick.

He's as ignorant as it gets. Well at least everybody loves each other on this team. Lmao. I wanted to throw up listening to that Malarkey. Ha ha ha
He oviously has some love for the tes since they played every snap of every game this year and didn't do Jack squat

How? Because he continues to refuse to hire a quality HC. Would rather be comfortable than repeating the "mistake" of hiring a coach with power, control, authority who may overshadow him. He'd rather be in control and lose than win with someone else getting the credit, like what happened with Jimmy Johnson. It's why we have Garrett for 8 years and likely much longer. Why we had Wade, Campo and Gailey.

Jerry wants to be owner, GM and meddle with coaching decisions. Keep doing the same things and while hoping for a different result.

And it's going to be generational.

Right now, sitting in a dorm room somewhere at the University of Arkansas, Stephen Jone's son is a future NFL owner and GM and you know what...

He knows it.

What does Jarwin and swaim being hurt have anything to do with the price of tea in China. They didn't do Jack squat when they were healthy. Lol .

I love this forum. Always a bunch of excuses why these tes should play every snap but no reasons in black and white

1) Our lack of a true pure 1-Tech got exposed.
We could not stop the run.

2) Dak was inaccurate at critical junctures.

3) Our o-line could not open lanes for Zeke.

4) Coaches got out coached, again.

5) Safeties got exposed...

We lost because the Rams owned the line of scrimmage plain and simple. Thats what we aspire our offense to look like.
That was more than just an old fashioned butt whooping. That was 1995 Nebraska working Notre Dame. Getting 273 yards rushing in the pros is like 450 in college. We got embarrassed, I don’t know how we could not stop them. We were so scared of McVay, he outcoached before the game even started. The Saints would have been a better matchup. The Rams are beatable no doubt. Goff has the privilege of being with McVay. He is a system QB.

I'm sorry, except for a few moments, Dak rather sucked. He personally killed multiple drives.
Dak missed some easy ones. Rams defense is not that good. We really neutralized Donald, didn’t touch Dak. I wish we could steal some of their plays.

Dallas would have lost anyway, but a few things infuriate me about this game.

1. There was a clear block in the back on Jeff Heath on Todd Gurley's 35 yard TD run.
2. On the play Dak was "sacked" by his own right tackle, the Rams grabbed Dak's facemask.
3. Taco Charlton was held, big time, on the Rams' last TD run. Tackled around the neck.

We couldn’t have stopped them but we could have limited their opportunities if we could have moved the ball ourselves early on .

Converting only 1 of 10 3rd downs left our defense out there too long against a prolific offense.

Time of possession is our strength. Without we are vulnerable!

1. Couldn't stop the run. Need more talent on the DLine
2. Couldn't pressure Goff. Need more talent on the DLine.
3. Dak was mediocre, needed to be better.
4. Playcalling was not good. Example: Running into a stacked middle on 4th down. Oh, and into what might be the best DLine in the league.
5. Lack of aggression on D. It looked like we were playing prevent the whole game.
6. Lost the battle at the LOS. Both sides of the ball. This one ties in w/ 1 and 2.

There are many smaller reasons, of course, there always are, but these are the biggies.

All of those things reflect coaching that isn’t as good as the Rams. Schemes, playcalling, intensity, whatever. It all goes back to coaching. Garrett is a nice enough human being and is good enough coaching to have a better than .500 winning percentage but he is ultimately a loser because he is stuck in the past with his limited knowledge while all around the league there is innovation going on. There will simply always be too many coaches in the league that can easily beat Garrett, even with less talent.

I have had time to ponder this a bit more. OK there were a couple bad calls but both teams had 4 penalties each so the refs were not a huge part of this even though the in the grasp thing was totally bogus .

In years past we would beat ourselves , Fumbles, INTs, pre snap, time ran down, intentional grounding , blocks in the back, holding special teams not covering after a score . I saw none of the usual culprits for failure . Our QB although not spectacular played very well threw and ran for TDs didn't settle for FGs and completed more passes than Goff got the 2pt conversion and didn't take a bunch of sacks . Dak played more than well enough to win

So Zeke didn't set the world on fire but running him into the teeth of Suh and Donald being led by Looney didn't seem like a logical plan to me . I cant say I watched a lot of Rams games but is there Oline that much more physically superior to our D Line and is CJ Anderson the 2018 version of Eric Dickerson or were we seriously out coached again.

It just didn't make sense that they would dominate us that way .

The LBs had a bad night along with the front 4. Smith took a ton of bad angles and did not fill the gaps. It seemed we were more concerned about them beating us with the pass. I never saw any adjustments made by Rod or Richard(who everyone here seems to love). Adjustments need to be made play-to-play and series-to-series but this whole staff seems to be very poor at it. Or maybe I'm still too pissed about losing to see any adjustments they make.

Byron's penalty was the game changer IMO - that was just a horrible call that had nothing at all to do with the play.
It may have changed everything if that penalty had not been called. Defensive Line needs a bigtime upgrade, there is
no question about that. The Rams O-line showed how far away our D-line is to being good enough.
Between that and the "sack" on our own OL, had those not been miscalled, we may have had a chance.
