Didn't want him back honestly.

He isn't a dynamic WR, and he doesn't find the endzone enough for him to garner what people are speculating his next contract of 6+ million/ YR. He averages around 14 catches/ TD which is not very good.

The notion that Jerry Jones doesnt lift a finger to try to help the team is beyond moronic.

And that us really Beaz “liking” that idiocy, he fits the same category.

If people want to complain about him not firing himself as GM, thats one thing.
But to say he doesn't try to win is lunacy.

Blue lable alcoholic ? Is that you ?

There are still legitimate criticisms of Jerry's strategies, but there's no way he's thinking, "We lost, so what, the team's making money."

This is exactly the way he thinks. You could not write it better.

JJ is all and only about financial success. He loves his team and it hurts him when it loses. But team success is so much 2nd priority to him.

It makes no sense though. Jerry would make far more money if the Cowboys won a Super Bowl. You may not agree with his approach but he's trying to win.

Drawing from previously compiled data of similar parallels,,, it's looking like he's done long gone down the road,,,:(

Jerry has his 3 rings, profits trumps winning now and has since 1995.
As much as I ***** about JJ, this just isn't true. You honestly think JJ doesnt care about winning because he makes money anyways? As much money as he makes do you realize how much more he would make and how much more this team would be worth if we was winning like the 90s or even slightly below that ? Billionaires dont become billionaires by making a billion then sitting on their hands because they made a billion. Lol

Agreed Jerry wants to win badly but just doesn’t have the skill set to do so in the modern NFL.

The problem for us fans is that he thinks he can get it done, but there is nobody who can remove him as GM.

Beasley will not be back. He doesn't want to be back. He will go play somewhere else and likely put up numbers similar to when he lead the team in receptions here. He's a good player, he's just not used very well here and, of course...Dak.

Of course Dak?

He had the best season of his career under Dak. As a byproduct teams made a conscious effort to erase him, and turns out it’s not that difficult

Not really

Real lunacy is saying "Jerry wants to win" in his defense, when in reality Jerry ONLY wants to win if he gets the credit

If you are trying to climb Mount Everest, you can really really really WANT to climb it but if you say you will only do it using bare hands and no warm clothing then you really cannot do it. You may really really really WANT TO do it but the conditions you have created make that almost impossible. So essentially it is the same thing as not wanting to do it.

So his 'wanting to win' is just a crutch used by his defenders because winning a SB on HIS TERMS is almost impossible since he is a total football idiot. So, for all practical purposes, 'he does not want to win'.

Not sure why smart posters like yourself feel it necessary to crawl out of the woodwork and defend him while ignoring this very obvious point. That is the real lunacy

He doesn’t care about winning. He has 3 SB’s he is a HOF’er, he has created the narrative that he was mostly responsible for the SB success. Jimmy has been doing TV for 20 years and will prob never make HOF but he deserves it. His franchise is worth 5 billion. Jerry’s legacy is set it’s really us that are the fools.

LOL! I guess he's not planning to re-sign.
Beasley has been paid well with us.

Sorry the Gravy Trai has ended for you.

Best of luck.

Maybe you and Dez can sign a combo deal with somebody.

Two slow WRs needing work.

Hmmmmm....

How does NOT winning a SB gain more profit than winning one? Makes no sense. No better PR than playing in the last dance
