Kellen Moore has to be worried right now...

And can someone check on Floaty, I just want to make sure he's okay.

i don't know that he is a scapegoat.

Teams regularly ridiculed the offensive gameplans for being predictable and antiquated. If you know what you are watching you can see that his route combinations and concepts were the same that were being run back in the 80s and 90s. his running game as well as pass pro was dependent on his OL coach to implement.
If you watched the all 22 films you'd also see WRs getting open and the QB not throwing them the ball, like how Amari was killing Peters but Dak rarely went to him.

I knew Tom Landry...Jason Garrett is no Tom Landry. Landry was innovative and a scheme merchant. Garrett just follows the past.

I never said anything about Landry. I watched the Cowboys since 1965 I think I know as much about Landry.

As usual with Jerry the Clown, too little - too late. This organization needs a real offensive coordinator AND a real head coach. Now we will hopefully have one out of two and muddle along until Jerry has to fire Garrett next year or the year after and we start over once again. Our best chance is if they don't have life jackets on Jerry's new boat.

That is on Linehan. He told Dak not to throw him the ball. Dak wanted to, but couldn't. Just enjoy the firing and ensuing playoff victory next year.

I realize you didn't bring up Landry. I was just musing as to why I hold Garrett just as responsible for the Cowboy's woes as Linehan. By the way, I watched the Cowboy's awful 1st year (1960) in the NFL as Meredith tried to wrangle his misfits. I was also watching the Dallas Texans/KC Chiefs during those years.

Well there's a lot of talk that we're blaming everything on Scott Linehan I don't specifically but I do blame him for not changing or doing anything about the deficiencies and yes we still have some work in other areas but the talent this offense showed when he opened up the game plan? Leaves one to wonder?

Man you better gtfoh with that rah rah garbage, the main problem is still the HC and Linehan was just a scapegoat.

I guess Ed Werder does know what he's talking about.

Some of you dipshits should apologize to him.
