Moore comments on Dak and his role

Crazy theory that is probably untrue:

The Pro Bowl is his job interview

I don't think it's crazy. Heck, I posted on this after it was announced that our coaching staff would get the Pro Bowl. I mean, it only makes sense to gather data points and evaluate based on available information. It's an opportunity to do both right?

Yeah the offense is in limbo right now, of course nobody knows what it's going to look like in 2019 yet.

Not crazy and most likely is true. It is an opportunity you can’t pass up. Thinking of hiring a young inexperienced OC and you need an OC to coach the pro bowl. It only makes sense to let him at it for that game and make a decision afterward.

Not really much of an opportunity. There is only so much that can be done in a week, especially with players who are really just there to enjoy the experience and won’t take the game too seriously. The scheme and concepts will be pretty basic. Hopefully we’ll see a few wrinkles though.

Let's wait and see is not the mantra I want coming from my organization!

You would rather they just toss together whichever offense comes to mind in this moment? It's not our over-rated defense that worries me in 2019, it's our underachieving but talented defense.

Cowboys Project Management folks!
Clearly defined goals, objectives, and roles. Which has clearly led to our undeniable success over the past 23 years.

I disagree. This is one of the best situations you can find to see what a guy can do freelancing on Offense. On defense, I totally agree with you but not on Offense.

Yep. There's not a lot of in-depth offensive installation/play calling going on at the pro bowl. It's the most relaxed atmosphere one will ever see for a pro football game. Even less than the last game of preseason.
