Had the NFC blown call was against the Cowboys

Against my Rams, would the Cowboys react the same way as Saints fans? Would Cowboys fans want not only a rematch but bring the play back to the 1:49 second mark with 1st and goal?

I ask this because even though most Cowboys fans on here are awesome, The Cowboys probably have the biggest fan-base in the NFL so there going to be a lot different emotions, feelings, reactions, attitudes, behaviors and will-power.

Separate question below (nothing to do with the first question above)

Also if the Cowboys fan did petition for a rematch and boycott the NFL (Cowboys being the NFL biggest cash cow), would the Commissioner allow a rematch?

Thoughts on both questions. Thanks

Probably, that call was massive and robbed a team the chance for a Super Bowl. Who knows if they'll ever get back to that point.

I don't think it matters that it's the Cowboys, they wouldn't replay the game.

Have you been following the commissioner's treatment of the Cowboys over the past couple of years? Therein lies your answer.

Doubtful, Drew Brees has lost a lot of arm strength. That long throw to Ginn that was badly underthrown and should have been pick off or batted down, that short throw to Thomas that hit the ground, and that no call pass that was also poorly thrown. Of course if they get a legit #2 receiver, they will still be a threat in the playoff.

Not to mention Bears, 49ers, Seahawks, Eagles, Vikings, Packers, and more will also get better next years.

Probably would have burned down the league office, put a bounty on Goodell's head with my meager life savings.

Perhaps I'm not being rash enough I guess.

Somehow your comment remind me of the game Road Rash.

I'd be upset and extremely disappointed but I wouldn't expect the league to replay the game. I'd hope they find a way to make sure it doesn't happen again, as I do right now without the Cowboys being the unfortunate team.

No, I would not have asked to replay the game. But man that was rough.

The Dez overturn was bad enough.
Pretty much numbed me to ever being overly into the NFL going forward.
So no, NOW it would not bother me nearly as much.

But, say it was 2014 and the Cowboys had advanced to NFC Championship game and that call had kept them from going to the Super Bowl?
I would've been a basket case.
Almost 100% for sure I would've not watched the NFL for at least a year.

But now? No, I'd roll with it.

2 years now they came up short.

The Saints want them to replay the game from the obvious blow call inside the 2 minute warning. If they agreed to do that then the Rams could go back and protest that they want the game replayed from five minutes earlier with the no call on the facemark that would have given the Rams first and goal at the 1. And the protests would continue until they just restarted the game.

We had a slightly was egregious recent example with the Dez catch in 2014, and I don’t feel like our fanbase reacted with the same irrational indignation as Saints fans are.

Being upset is one thing, they should be upset. That non call essentially kept them out of the SB. Demanding the NFC Championship game be replayed is just blind, irrational emotion.

I'd be pissed if that had happened to Dallas, no doubt. But putting my name on a petition to replay the game, or go back to the time of the PI? No. And I'm sure l'm in the minority here, but l wouldn't want the Cowboys to make the big game that way. It just wouldn't feel right no matter how many crappy calls were made against us during the year. . .

That was a tremendously entertaining video game....................Those motorcycles were sick........................As for the much debated non PI call , I'd be way more upset right now if I were a Saints fan....................Their tremendous QB is starting to show signs of wear and he's already 40 , too...................

yes and yes, you do NOT belong in this sb you got gift, enjoy your Asterisk Game.. the blatant 4th qtr PI was horrible but that INT in OT was also caused by a PI no call..seriously you all were flat out gave life then the game..

yes refs miss calls on both sides or make bad calls that tend to evn out in the end but something so outrageous where the Saints about to have 1st and goal run out clock kick FG or get TD and move to the sb was bad, and then again in ot to give the rams the ball free and win the game.. cant over look these late in games and OT the refs have to be spot on..

My rams? Are you a chargers fan or a rams fan? Seems as if you the kinda guy that would switch jerseys when you’re team loses ... on that note who cares
