Well, we did win a SB with a very hands off college coach that was just happy to be in town, so...

Good thing it took so long for the established culture to be wiped out or it wouldn't have happened. There were also established leaders that knew their role and the team did as well. Championships had become the goal not division titles and the newly minted divisional round participation award presented as moral victories.
