Correction: What can the boys find from the AAF?

Since the boys do not grocery shop in the NFL, what talent are they looking at in the minors?

Sign a QB and sign RB Richardson from the Birmingham Iron!

Maybe checkout some safety's.

WR McKay was in TC last year.

I say QB Garrett Gilbert, RB Zac Stacy or Trent Richardson...and that WR Rashard Ross

There's a few players that will warrant some looks in training camps.

Summers and Schult as listed above should get looks
Reaser CB Apollos
Ross WR Hotshots
Ward WR Commanders
Smith S Commanders
Farrow RB Commanders
Mbu DT Commanders

There are a couple RBs that should get a look, not big on Richardson though
There are a couple of DL that look pretty good.

I like McKay, but I think I like Ward's upside a little more. Gilbert will definitely be in someone's TC. I like Stacy, I liked him in the NFL but he had some injuries, but he's looking healthy and should get a look.

Is anyone really watching that crap? I tried and made it like 3 minutes. The stands looked empty and it was totally boring. Has beens and nobodies. It felt to me like watching a meaningless sandlot game with teams made up of all the kids that didn’t make the all star team.
I do. It's nice to see the players play the game and not so much referee interference. Sure, it's not NFL.. Of course the stands are empty , hopefully be full one day it the league lasts. But, obviously, negative posts like yours is why the stands are empty. Nobody gives anything a chance. Just keep with the same BS NFL that games are over penalized every Sunday. Yeh, fun, fun, fun.

Richardson sucks, even in the AAF he sucks. There is a good WR on Orlando and a good pass rusher on, I think its San Antonio if Im not mistaken

I have enjoyed the games I have watched. I don't miss kickoffs. I like the quicker pace.

I mentioned in another post that I would definitely bring in Garret Gilbert as competition for backup job. He has looked very good and should at least be a competent backup. There is some concern that Spurrier's offense is just on a different level than the defensive counterparts and that could be true.

I saw Escobar play. He was moving pretty good at TE.

Also Demontre Moore our former DL played, he had a sack and had some spring in his rush.

Other than that..nobody really stuck out.

They do not run the ball well yet but the teams have not been together long.

Some of the announcers were good.

Moose as GM for San Antonio is doing very well. He could replace Stephen Jones.

In the first week, one of the sideline reporters talked to a player (can't remember his name) who played major college and spent two years in the NFL. They asked, if the speed and intensity of the NFL game is 10...what would you rate major college? His answer was 6-7. Then they asked what he would rate the AAF? His answer was 7-8, so a little faster and more intense than major college, but definitely less than the NFL. Obviously that's one person's opinion.

What’s not fun is meaninglessness. That’s all I felt for that 3 minutes. I get the vast majority feel as I do.
