Doubt he'll get in too much trouble but he's probably on the outside looking in this year with the team.

Should be anyway, IMO. He's been here for 3 years and has shown not much. I think it's time to move on, no matter what happens with his arrest.

It matters if they've already failed before and are already in the program. If this is the first time he would just be in the 1st phase and could get out after a period of time if testing clean.

Im so tired of these weed smokin dope heads . It kills there drive to do anything constructive . Cant count how many I have fired over the years because they smoked weed and get lazy .
That crap just takes the eye of the tiger right out of them . I have no patients for these fools that complain there are no opportunities for them and just flush millions down the drain because they cant discipline themselves .
