With this offensive line, Zeke Elliott in the backfield, Cooper, Gallup, Cobb, Witten, and Jarwin catching passes, just about every starting QB in the NFL could be efficient.

Good gosh.

You talk as if dak is a finished product. Let the guy develop..he's played 3 years..it took you more than 3 years to stop ******** in your diapers

...Interesting vid...none the less, it probably will change no one's mind. If you think he'll eventually do the team and the fans proud..(SB)… then you'll somewhat agree with the vids premise...If on the other hand, you see Dak as a talentless , an undisciplined passer who doesn't belong as the Dallas QB...(as many onsite have stated almost daily.)...then there you have it!..

I know Dak & Gallup had a few mis-ques, but he looks like the real deal.

Sturm had an article last week or so on Dak and Gallup. He showed a bunch of video and his assessment is Gallup runs all the routes and late last season he was spot on with his play. Some of the miscues were gallup's fault early.

His prediction for this coming season is this guy will be terrific.

We might need Dak and our offense to carry us this year as defense will probably be down after losing pass rush.

Let’s hope he earns that new contract.

The Internet for three years of Dak Prescott starting: "Sure he is efficient, but we need big plays!!!"

Dak doesn't need to "make" big plays, he mainly needs to stop screwing up plays served up to him on a platter. He just needs to be able to consistently hit players who are open. Don't miss.

I looked back 5 pages to see if this had been posted. I did not see it. If this is a repeat, I apologize.

Some will see the info here as a great compilation of dak's history with the Cowboys. A positive outlook and argument that he will end up being great.

Others will find this to be humorous.

I merely posted this and offer zero opinion.

The best thing about seeing Dak become a great NFL QB is proving to all, especially @dallasdave @Melonfeud @Furboy @Fletch and last but not least @Corso that pigs can fly. I can see it now, Jerry having flying pigs at halftime. Oh, is will be grand! Grand, I tell you!

I hope it's true, but he hasn't convinced me yet.

Dak might move into the top 10 when 3-4 QBs better than him retire.

My pet cat is Gallup.

My pet cat prediction:

This kid will explode onto the scene this year. THis is the season when people will begin to realize what a steal he was at his drafted slot.

And if that comes to pass, the rest of the passing game will gin like crazy.

lol, Prescott...make the doubters accept things on your standards.

Dude, Dallas was 14th in points per drive.

Exactly. They ranked near the bottom of the league during the first half of the season. Once they acquired Amari, they were back in the top ten.

Dak is as good as his surrounding talent—exactly what we’re telling you. No one is claiming he’s elite.

He definitely misses passes and he definitely presses when he has 2 seconds or less to pull the trigger. But he improved on the second part as last season when on.

My point is that you never heard a peep about this in his first year and a half when he had time to throw and his OL was healthy. All of the "he can't read defenses" comments started when he had 2 seconds or less to pass. You only get one read in those situations and a high school kid can show tape of a WR breaking open at the split second he is moving away from pressure and about to get hit.
You're forgetting the opposing defensive coordinators figuring out how to play him part.
That's the biggest factor in my opinion.
