I have a hard time believing they did it so easy and other teams couldn’t pick up on it earlier.

I heard D-Law say that they were tired. Woods was getting ran over but had a shoulder injury. I know that LVE is as sick all week and that definitely showed. Maybe a mix of all those things but it was embarrassing. The colts game was the only other time we saw anything close to that all year.

The Rams had 2 sets of fresh legs at RB. D Law gave the Rams O Line bulletin board material. The Rams have Doogie Howser for a coach. So our D got pushed around and run over. and we still only lost by 8.

I honestly didn't know this. Perhaps I was so disgusted by the loss I tuned it all out. What did he have?

It was mentioned during the broadcast and talked about afterwards.
I'm guessing he had the flu. I don't remember, for certain, the exact illness.

Again, not the sole reason we lost the game, but it was a factor.

The most alarming aspect about the Rams game. Was that the coaches couldn’t even find a way to stop the bleeding. The Rams ran roughshod all over our defense from the first play to the last.

Ideally it would have been nice if the coaches were able to make some adjustments to at least slow down the bleeding. But you have no chance at all when an overweight back up running back is running the ball straight down your throat all game long.

It was one of the most frustrating defensive performwnces I ever watched.

The Rams swear they knew what our defensive line was doing “90% of the time”. They saw signals and read the way our tackles lined up to know if stunts were coming etc. I tend to believe them considering how they ran over us at will.

Will Rod and Kris be smarter this year to keep teams from knowing our scheme as it happens?

Rams have lost key pieces this offseason in Rodger Saffold, John Sullivan and Ndamukong Suh. Not having those guys will affect them immensely.

Some games in the NFL are good old fashioned "Shoot outs" and our offense just can't compete in those.
Heck our defense made the playoffs for us and we just failed to keep up with the Rams scoring wise.
I mean what do some of you folks expect that our defense will hold opposing offenses in check in every game? Dream on the Ravens 2000 defenses have died and its a scoring league.
When the guns are out the fastest and more accurate will usually win out!
Where was our offense?
