On the down side, the board is starting to look fairly depleted already. This isn't a good draft class overall and it's especially horrible on offense. Look how cheap trades up were tonight - there's a lot of teams wanting to move down.

On the up side, there was no one on the board at #27 that made me regret trading for Amari Cooper, at all. I suppose DK's there if we wanted a WR, but I'm guessing his medicals have teams spooked.

FWIW Dane Brugler has Adderly as the top safety overall. I would be happy with Rapp or Gardner-Johnson, at this point I would think the pick at 58 is one of those two.

If Adderly or Thornhill make it to 50 I’m more than willing to give up one of our 4ths to go get them.

We really, really need a safety.

Oh, without question. I'm really starting to doubt that anyone good will fall to #58.

I know we're still 25 picks away, but I disagree.

Before the draft, there were some who thought the board will be wiped at 58 and we'd have to settle for a guy like Trysten Hill. But you look at the names still available right now and have to think a few of them slip to 58 with how unpredictable things are going.
