Right, give them a chance to see how he can be productive over the next 2 to 3 years.

Naturally on here though, too many will put him in the Taco cabinet, as the usual cancers will take over with the negativity. And we have to hear it for years.
I wanted a S, thought they could got Hill in the 3rd, or trade down a little and still get him. They did what they preach not to do. They targeted him, and took him with a small reach possibly.

However, he is young, and I don't buy into all the not coachable and attitude problem. The NFL and this staff will sort all of that out. I may not have been 100% on board with the pick at that point. But I will embrace it, and pull for him. Because I am a fan, not a complainer.

Wonder what this place would have been like with Leon Lett. Well, Hill has a great teacher in Lett to get him where he needs to be.

Well you are smart the marinelli sauce is a myth cuz he got hired in Tampa with a hall of fame d line. Just like Adam gase being a qb whisperer because he was a coach while Peyton Manning was there

I just believe in giving them a chance for a few years to see how they turn out. That is not be a homer, as there are plenty about this team I do not like the way they handle, and will post accordingly.
Well, except for a few, like Darius Jackson, Bo Scarborough and Joe Ivie. and probably a few others

I am not sold on Taco by any means, but this will be his 3rd year. I will see how he responds. If same stuff, then time to move on. It is not like they can immediately find a 53rd player better than him right now. Because he had shown some flashes to make plays when given the chance.

He is a cowboy and I like him for that fact alone, was not my fantasy choice but support this pick, each year we are swayed by the media as to the team needs and wants with rarely the full picture painted, I think this is another year we got a blurry view. He will have to start at the bottom of the respect level and earn his way into my heart like all draft selections should, it is not a science and we have a habit of over-grasping in the second round for a home run. If Rod likes him he got my thumbs up, not so sure why the hate on Rod these days not justified IMO with what he has had to work with on that line. Good to see all the opinions keep up today for some more disappointment.
