Just out of curiosity, what was your coaching record?Wah, wah, wah, wah!!!!!!
Yes he also threw Dez Bryant his first playoff touchdown catchWow is that true?
You can definitely work on your mechanics. Look what Cam Newton did in the offseason. Changed his entire throwing motion. It's not the first time. In Prescott I trust. Had specially when the game is on the line and his instincts take over. And now that he's a veteran no longer on-the-job training. Reading defenses is getting easierListen, it’s no big secret. Dak’s accuracy issues have been identified from day one, as being due to issues with his footwork and the at times disconnect between his lower and upper body.
That was in all the scouting reports. And it was evident from watching him play.
I have always disagreed with the notion that accuracy is something you either have or don’t. It can be improved and tweaked. IMO. I know some disagree and that’s fine.
Now, ultimately we won’t know how far his footwork has come until he is dealing with a real pass rush.
But if Dak can and has improved that part of his game. That could take his game to the next level.
David Helman (@HelmanDC) Tweeted:
Jason Witten said today that Dak Prescott has had “a hell of a camp” this spring. When asked why, he said Dak’s accuracy and anticipation have improved dramatically from before he retired. #cowboyswire https://t.co/NXcwFDg6rC
I've been watching this game for 60 years. Every team runs the same plays. It's all about disguise. Sounds too simple to be true but it is a fact.Witten's comment that Dak "knows this offense inside-out" should tell anyone who may be in denial that the offensive playbook is not going to differ much under Moore from the one Garrett installed and Linehan used. I hope nobody was expecting drastic changes. The Cowboys have made it clear that that isn't happening.
There may be more movement and better calls made to fit situations, but the scheme is still Garrett's.
Troy Aikman good throw better catch. He's never positive when it comes to the Cowboys.Agreed.
It takes a patient intelligent disciplined offensive line. Yes because it's about penalties. Totally agreeTotally disagree. All offenses have a base number of routes that are the same throughout the league. It’s all how you can disguise those routes with motion. That is going to be a drastic change for this offense as they were near the bottom in how many plays they ran with motion.
That's all Dak does Is Win. And people still question. From the first snap until the last snap everything in between is called football. I care what you do when the game is on the line. That's where Prescott is a winnerDamned if you do damned if you don’t...compliments met with saying te wants the ball, if he didn’t say anything people would be questioning dak...only way to win is to win...dak better do that this year and shut everyone up

Nolan Ryan. You brought back memories. I agreeLove Aikman, but that comment never made sense to me. It's like saying a pitcher can't improve his control by working on it. Nolan Ryan is one example of a guy who did exactly that, and cut his walk rate in half in his 30s. He walked guys like it was a bodily function in his 20s.
Whether Dak will improve remains to be seen, but the notion that it's not possible is silly to me.
He also threw Dez Bryant his first-ever playoff touchdown catch against Green BayWow is that true?
Agreed. We are also talking about not needing dramatic increases. We aren’t talking about Tim Tebow levels of inaccuracy. Dak completes over 64% of his passes. He just needs refinement and some
Minor improvements. It’s not like he can’t throw the ball at all.
That's good to hear, I'm keeping all My moveable bits crossed that it translates to the field.

I don't care that everything sounds better in the offseason, that's some good press right there.
