I dont think I have or tried to teach you anything.

Yes, by definition it's a kangaroo court. We know this and the players know this and agreed to it in 2011 for less practices and a little more money. Any "unofficial" court is a kangaroo court by definition.

Not necessarily

If Goodie had a real process, where he hired a retired judge to made a decision, not a bunch of lackeys on his payroll, allowed cross examination under oath etc, I would not consider it a kangaroo court. Hell, the appeal process is even more offensive if you ask me. You appeal a decision basically to someone on the payroll of the guy who made the decision.

The NFLPA really screwed up by agreeing to that process and then blew that lawsuit when Zeke was getting screwed.

Suspended for what, smh and you really call yourself a fan. As I sit here in Washington DC and watch a Commander Player and his girlfriend beat up(defend themselves) against another couple where lots of punches were thrown for him to NOT BE SUSPENDED.

It’s important for management to not sign the Idiot long term. I would not be unhappy with a small suspension.

you realize that hurts the team right?

Does it?

Dak and the passing game ready to explode. Transition begins. Might force them to sign a quality veteran backup. Rookie and backup handle rushing duties just fine. FO realizes zeke is a 16 mm luxury.

Save 16 mm.

Are you really scared of a few games without zeke?

Talk about soft. This is daks team, not zekes.

It would still be a unofficial court which by definition is a kangaroo court. They still wouldn't be on the hook with burden of proof. And what judge? Any judge they put up there and rules in favor or not and it goes against a team, the fans will cry. There will be people looking into his past to see who he's a fan of and scream that hes bias. If he's from Texas he will be linked to the cowboys. Unless he's a Texan fan or has connections with with the Texans, then cowboys fans will be PISSED if he ruled against one of our players claiming he hates the cowboys. If he's from the north east he'll be linked to the giant's or Philly and people will still cry.

Goodell is the judge and the players agreed to it. I don't see much changing in the next cba. Goodell affects about 2% of the players which is why the players caved last time. They're not holding out just because there are a handful of idiots that can't stay out of trouble.

It’s important for management to do the opposite of what Roy thinks. Give the man a contract

I don't know about anyone else, but I wasn't too smart at age 23 either. Was it a dumb move on Zeke's part, sure was. Should he be suspended, no way.

I was arrested for using a fake ID and having alcohol on my breath as a 20 year old in a college town. It may be dumb but rules are rules and Zeke continues to ignore them and put himself in bad situations. IMOF, I was arrested one week later, about a block from original arrest, for “public misconduct” aka fighting.

After that I got the message and had to change my lifestyle, including certain people I hung out with, and I didn’t have millions of dollars of endorsements and contracts on the line. This idiot has continues to cause problems, big or small, and put himself in bad situations. It’s not Goodells fault, it’s not TMZ’s fault...it’s Zeke’s fault. Every time that mouth breather wakes up he can choose how he wants to live his life and what his priorities are yet he continues to CHOOSE the wrong choice.

If this was an isolated incident it would be a non issue but he has a history of this type of behavior and has shown no signs of changing. I have zero sympathy for him, the only thing that pisses me off is how his selfishness, lack of discipline and bone headed decisions have had and will/could have negative effects on the Cowboys.

I guess that is how you would run your franchise. Be like Jones and coddle the idiots and when they screw up, stick up for them and tell them its OK.

Or help them become real men and avoid suspension?

Your the clown that was telling me how the pass rush was headed for top of the class every year. 4 years later and were not there yet. LOL

I follow the law, not what JoeBlow wishes the results would be or the image of what one wishes it to be. In this country, you are innocent until proven guilty. Don't have to like the suspect in any case or matter. It's about the rule of law.

Let me guess, you feel there was Russian collusion?
But the NFL doesn't care what the law or AC or anyone else thinks, it's a work place issue with rules that were bargained and agreed to, (the rule of collective bargaining) There is no hate by RG or the NFL, no collusion to get the Cowboys or JJ, Zeke did something stupid again just as simple as that. As for Russian collusion there was none as there is none against the Cowboys. I guess you do think OJ didn't do it.

at this point...I must say..I got no idea what Mr. Wishy washy Goodell will choose to do with Zeke. No idea. BTW...Zeke just can't get out of his own way sometimes off the field. Its ashame. HE MUST REALIZE who he is and the gold standard he must uphold off the field in public. Not to mention...who he plays for. The microscope is always bigger when u play for Dallas. Its no secret. He knows this...yet continues to be dumb.

Zeke bumped into a rent-a-cop! Kick him out of the league!!!!

lol..I get it...we are overblowing it...BUT ARE WE? Think about the trend he has set. Its not the fact that he bumped into a security guard...that's beside the point. Put that aside. The issue is...why does he continue to put himself in bad spotlights? Its his actions that I am concerned about...

That is exactly the NFL's issue with this, how doe it look? He's been suspended so the expectations are he does it right and he continues to draw attention to himself for poor decisions. Stumbling around at 3am, with what looks like a load on with his woman upset with him is just asking for trouble.

Really makes me wonder what the hell he did in Columbus to get Meyer to get his old man involved and pick up and move.

And think about this from the league's viewpoint, would this be an offense worthy of a time out under normal circumstances? But with this guy in the news, and the NFL hates TMZ news, every off season someone has to get his attention because nothing seems to be working.

As far as those that don't think this is a big deal, I would agree if not for his record and the NFL's anal attitude about their public image. The NFL is all about "don't get your butt in the news unless you are saving a life or rescuing a kitten". 99.5% of the other players know this and stay on the other side of the line.
