The consternation, hang wringing, overreaction, the sky is falling, panties getting tied up in a wad or whatever you want to call it is quite an endorsement in today’s society. “I want it now”, “Give me it now”. I’m not a psychologist so have no idea what’s going on, but it’s frightening for an ole fart like me. Just relax, pull the panties out and have a little patience. Zeke is going to be on the opening day roster. Bank on it. Let’s talk football. Training camp is in full swing and practices are in pads. You know, FOOTBALL. Sunday is the Blue/White scrimmage and a week from Saturday is the first preseason game. Come on man.......

That is wishful thinking. Doesn't sound like Jerry will cave, and nothing would help Zeke's case more than an opening weekend loss to the Giants while Zeke is still in Cabo. If he's seriosu about holding out, missing a couple days of training camp won't accomplish anything. THAT is what will make his point.

No need to sweat, unless you attach your ego, or money.
Especially money.
This will play out and then we'll go on to attacking...

It has nothing to do about “caving”. Zeke’s not going to hold out past August 6th or he loses a year of free agency years. They may not come to terms by then, but Zeke will show up by then and a contract will get done.

And when we beat them by 25 without Zeke, what does that sound like? Eagles by 30?

He doesn't lose anything by holding out past august 6th. he's definitely not coming back before then. Week 1 is a different matter.
