That's unfortunate, but let's face it....if he was still good GB would have found a way to keep him.

Cobb hasn't been good for 3 years. Beasley is better.

I wonder how many times I've said that this offseason lol.

Cobb is not going to be as dangerous with short area quickness and getting separation as Beasley was. He just isn’t. Beasley is one of the best in the league period at what he does.

We have to hope Cobb makes up for it by having a bit more run after the catch ability than Beasley.
This is basically it.

He's not explosive enough to do anything Cowboys fans are imagining he will.

I'm assuming this should read 'unimpressive'. Personally, I feel confident that Cobb next season, will put up better numbers than Beasley last season.
Yeah I meant unimpressive. Cobb may have better numbers cause of different offenses and QBs. Dak seems to like his slot WR not sure the same can be said for Buffalo QB.

Cobb was a good signing..but if this Johnson kid keeps doing what he's doing and keeps making big strides in camp and preseason, Cobb might find himself watching more than playing.

He’s okay when the ball is actually in his hands. But, at this point he is really struggling to get any separation. Lewis is destroying him every single time. He has no burst in his get off and looks stiff. I hate to say it but maybe he’s washed up?

I would love to visually see camp clips of this, but what's so ironically and interesting with your Cobb vs Jordan Lewis comment is I've heard other camp reports that the speed guys (ala johnson, davis and guyton) have been just lighting up Lewis vs coverage.

Combined with his issues vs speedsters Marcus Goodwin (niners) , and JJ Brown (ex-cardinal) i'm come to suspect that Lewis as scrappy and feisty as he is, he cannot handle
speed guys out on the flank.
