How are Ben and Skin supposed to know this? Much less how far apart he is with the team relative to where they are with Zeke and Cooper? I don't think so.
Yeah, I’m not buying this either.

Hypothetically, if true, then I let him walk or try to trade him. He is not worth $36 a year.

Trade them both for an elite QB!

We should be able to get at least three 1’s in value..

IMO only , they both need each other.................................They make quite a formidable duo , and I don't believe either one would be as good without the other.........................
Yes, of course. I don’t want to lose either of them.

But since Dak’s success is so often handcuffed to Zeke, it should be mentioned that Zeke’s success is even more dependent on Dak.

We’d be lucky to go 2-5 if Dak misses 7 games this year, but Dak is 4-3 in his career without Zeke.

Nobody wins squat with a talented RB and trash at QB. Ask Barry Sanders.

Dak is 4-3 without Zeke. Let’s see how Zeke does if Dak sits for 7 games.

Something tells me Cooper Rush isn’t going 4-3 no matter what. And that something is called “reality.”
RB’s aren’t measured by wins of the team .

And if Dak was among the league leaders in passing and the team didn’t fare as well then we’d know it wasn’t on Dak.

That’s how we separate greatness from less than great teams. Personal performance!

Did we think Herschel was the reason we were 3-13 while he was leading the league in rushing?

We’re not discussing which player is better at their respective position.

We’re discussing which player is more important when it comes to WINS AND LOSSES.

Dak is MUCH more important than Zeke is in that regard.

I agree , but without Zeke , Dak just doesn't look like the same confident QB..........................Just my opinion......................

No, but Herschel’s rushing prowess didn’t do jack for the team’s W/L record, now did it?

Way to make my point for me.

QB importance >>>>>>>>>> RB importance

Yea but the Lions didn’t pay their average to below average QB near the top of the league.

We understand Dak is important to our offense but he’s more effective with Elite surrounding support.

That would be a huge miscalculation from Daks camp.

Do you think Dak can carry this team on his arm?

Sorry buddy , but I believe Aikman and Emmitt were equal..........................That's pretty much how I view the Dak/Zeke partnership..........Having Smith/Elliot gives you an 8 or 9 man box , obviously ; but you also need the QB that can capitalize on that...................With Cooper , Gallup and Cobb , I believe Prescott will............................

If they’re of equal importance, they’ll make equal pay.

Hmm, let’s revisit that when they’re signed to new deals.

Its funny to think Zeke's hold out could actually benefit the team.

How Dak plays without Zeke should help the FO in appraising his worth.

You’re not making much sense. At least not if you’re trying to refute my argument.

If the Lions saved money on QB... then why were they still so awful, even with Barry Sanders?

If Dak is on the same mediocre level as those Lions QBs... then why is he 32-16 as a starter (4-3 without Zeke)?

I'm sorry , I simply don't see Dak as an Upper Tier QB..............He isn't as good IMO as Brady , Brees , Rodgers , Mahomes , etc........................A premium is put on the QB position (for a reason) , thus why they make far more money ; but do you really believe Prescott is among the top QB's in the league as Zeke is at RB ?

Dak is a top 10-12 QB who’s young and still getting better.

I don’t know what “carry this team on his arm” means, but that’s okay - neither do you.
