Out of all of Dak's comeback wins, how many of those are b/c he couldn't do anything the first 3 qtrs and the Dallas D keeping him in the game?

About to overpay for an mediocre QB that will handicap this franchise for a long time.
This is the main point that the Dak lovers can not see. They are cheering for the team to have an average QB for years to come. Years ago, Cowboy’s fans had standards. Those days are long gone.

Lol, the whole thread? Go away troll. It was right there in my first post that you responded to.

And false. He has not outplayed Wentz.
LOL “false”??? No, Bozo, you WISH it was false.

Dak HAS outplayed Wentz... on the stat sheet, head-to-head and in the W-L column.

Check their career numbers and cry about them.

That’s what is generally referred to as a “fact.” It means you can’t even argue that it’s not true.

I know your type doesn’t take kindly to those “facts”, but your bottom lip will just have to keep on quivering.

Wait, wait, wait, let me guess: Dak’s rookie year doesn’t count but Wentz’s 2017 season DOES count, right???

Or does Wentz get credit for that Super Bowl run from the sidelines???

Hes NOT LUcky,

hes élite and would be EATING no matter where he got drafted...once a team sees what they have they build a team around it, the defense wasn't good back then the FO knew they needed a great RG to help TOP and once Romo went down it was luck they had the plan in pace for Dak to slide into.. they Drafted EE to help continue ROMOS a career given Murrays success helping ROMO, Not Dak.. Dak got thrust into this and GOT LUCKY to have had zeke to help him, not the other way around..

whos been a super star blue chip player their whole life? Zeke, who got picked 4th over all vs in the 4th round and to be the day 1 starter, its Zeke.. Dak was a backup prospect hadn't done thing before he got here..

Not knock on Dak but Zekes been eliet his entire life College, Pros, nothing would change had he not landed here..
SMH at the hters and their statements because personally they dont like Zekes off field issues....

LOL I stopped reading when you said he's not lucky. If his 50 million dollars richer that it lucky than I don't know what is.

Zeke is the luckiest person in Dallas. He gets paid top dollars to run the ball and the entire offense is built around him - not Dak.

So to put Dak down for not throwing 200 yards in a game seems shortsighted. Since that offense revolves around Zeke and not Dak and that we are a run-first offense.

2/3rds of the league can’t find one and that includes Dallas. The need to settle for a QB that will never be anything but average at best is strong with you. For all or your arrogance and self righteous BS, you cling to average. That says so much about your great football intellect that you claim to have. Yeah, jump for joy for settling with average. It fits you well.
Says the CLOWN who thinks Colt McCoy is just as good as a dual-threat QB who goes 32-16 with a 96.0 passer rating over 3 years.

Never mind the “FACTS” (there’s that word you hate again!) that McCoy has never played anywhere even CLOSE to that level.

He’s as good as Dak because the Kid Rock fan with the double-digit IQ says so!!!
:lmao2:

Dak Prescott: the 1st “average QB” in NFL history to take over a 4-12 team and then:

1) win 2/3 of his games over 3 years; 2) put together the best rookie year in NFL history; 3) will his team to 14 game-winning drives over that span; 4) put up a 3.4-to-1 total TD to INT ratio (85 TD, 25 INT).

To believe Dak isn’t a good QB means you essentially must believe that he is THE LUCKIEST QB in NFL history!

DURRRRRR YEAH THAT’S IT DUDE!!!! DAK SUX!!!!

True that is why I hate Jerry for giving him that much money...as for Dak top top if you have to pay him would be 15Millions.He is a bus driver type at his best , but an elite he is not.

Dak isn't elite. But he wins games. He will get over 30 million a year which I think is a bit much but thats the market value for a QB.

If Dallas is willing to overpay for Zeke they will pay Dak the market value possibly even more.

Go ask Naggy about his non basic offense with a highly drafted QB looking horrible. Rogers didn't look better (though the bears defense is a big reason why).

Wait Rogers is considered elite and can carry the entire team. Rogers doesn't need talent around him. He can do everything on his own.

That bears defense was freaking tough. A lesser QB wouldnt woul much a chance and yes rodgers is why they won.

Just like the old Romo threads, any thread that becomes about Dak just gets stupid.

He was awful. Like really bad.

Chicago would have won that game if they had a semblance of offense.
He was, but rodgers wasnt very good either, he had one good drive and that won the game for them.
Neither one played in PS at all, and it showed in this game.

,,,er,,,didn't Big Ben in Pittsburgh win the Lombardi trophy in his rookie season?, if so, I'd have to take into account ,that sheer magnitude in& of itself's accomplishment, vastly eclipsing any of those statistical numbers of Dak's rookie season,,, just saying, broo_O

lt basically came down to two throws by Aaron Rodgers, both in the second quarter that resulted in the all important touchdown.

The first was a pinpoint accurate deep throw to MVS and the touchdown pass to Jimmy Graham. Both the type of throws that Prescott wouldn't execute -

Did you see our last preseason game or the dart Dak threw to Gallup in the EZ? And to say Rodgers threw a pinpoint deep pass is a stretch. He just chucked that ball down field. His WR made the play.

I've said this several times here, I'm no Dak apologist but at least be fair. Rodgers looked like crap last night and Trubisky didn't even look like an NFL QB...

At the end of the day, we're comparing two average QB's. If you put a gun to my head and said that I had to pick one, I'd take Dak, but there might be as many as 20 QB's league-wide I'd take over Dak.

Really? Let's see that list...
