How about it has been a bunch of things? Giants are suck, this is (essentially) a contract year for Dak, our O-line is much better this year than last, and we have better receivers: Jarwin matured, Witten's back, Cooper full off-season with Dak, Gallup matured and into second year, and upgrade on slot receiver (Cobb). And yes, of course, Kellen Moore's new scheme/play-calling.

Improvements like this are very rarely just one thing.

Moore certainly called a good game.

But by all means ignore the fact Dak worked his tail off this off season to prepare, he is at the stage where the game has slowed down for him, Kitna has put him in position to deliver the ball better, and he has weapons across the board with a line that gives protection.

Yeah, let's discount that aspect of the game, because it fits an agenda from the past which may no longer be accurate.

If Dak is better in many ways, reading defenses, understanding where the ball should go pre-snap, and delivering the ball in the passing game, what does that do for Zeke? Will defenses still try to stop Zeke and force Dak to beat them?

Last night may be the start of defensive coordinators rethinking that game plan.

Who's ignoring that? It's like you posted in the wrong thread!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dak's always been capable of doing what he did, especially reading D's and delivering. What you're ignoring is that Dak was not put in the best position to succeed, and now he is.

Very impressed early but want to see how Moore responds to D-Coordinators' adjustments over time. Novelty surprises everyone until patterns can be gleaned.
Of course, that's obvious!!!!!

However, that will not stop me from celebrating FINALLY having an NFL quality OC calling plays. Dak will still struggle at times, all QB's do. Go compare Goff's and Brady's super bowl performances. Brady's are a bit better, but not all that much. Brady struggled mightily in the super bowl. He was not goo. Highly inconsistent and kept missing passes. Happens to the best of 'em.

I guess the fact this board routinely has been on Dak's nuggs about his ability to pass. Or the fact most defensive coordinators game plan to take away the running game and force Dak to beat them is just a mirage.

Those facts, and they are facts, indicates he hasn't been as special in the past as he was last night. He has grown into this position. If he keeps this up, the team will be a tough game for any other team this season.

I am not knocking his play. I am saying he has improved.

Yep, Dak was not ready for Frederick to be gone last year. I think he is this year. I think it was a big issue for him at the start of the year last year. Yesterday he was in control and knew where to go. OC's and QB coaches aside, he put in the work.
