Yes, Garrett has not been good at dealing with difficult personality type players.
No. Here's my explanation post to Cowboy75.......tell me how I'm wrong.....
If you give a person a job and they agree to do it, how do you fault the person who gave you the job for your failure?
As an example, I had a fella come by one day wanting to mow my lawn. I talked to him a bit and he was going to use a push mower. I explained I mowed about an acre, and didn't think he could push it since it was in the upper 90s.
But he insisted he would do it. He'd go get his lawnmower and be finished that day. I was reluctant but figured I'd let him try.
He worked about an hour, said it was hot, and ask if I'd pay him so he could get his electricity turned on.
I went ahead and paid him and he agreed to be back at 7:30 next morning and have everything done by noon.
Next day he showed up after 9. About an hour later he's working on his lawnmower. Hasn't gotten a quarter of the front mowed.
And now he asking for money to fix the pull cord.
I said no. So he promised to be back the next day with the stuff he needed to finish the mower and finish the job.
Two days after that I ended up loading up his lawnmower, taking it to him and finishing the mowing myself.
Do you blame me?
The way I see it, he was given every chance to keep his word. He was paid upfront. He knew what he had to do, and didn't get it done. If your word is not better than a toilet paper contract, then you don't get a second chance.
