Well, we get to see the starting RB in New Orleans this sunday that backup Tony Pollard has been compared to coming out of the NFL draft from Memphis State in Alvin Kamara.

Kamara started his impressively stellar career as a rookie behind Mark Ingram who seem to take on more the bell cow bulk and load of the running game while AK spelled him in spots and nickel situations and eventually became a bigger part the more splash plays he made his rookie year, ..soon teams were far more afraid of Kamara than Ingram.

and I’m trying not to go overboard but could Pollard actually have more explosiveness and miss ‘em elusiveness than even Zeke ?

And when do we get to see the level of Pollard’s receiving skills as a weapon in Kellen’s offense ?

Ingrams doing well BTW..Hasn't seem to miss beat..they will miss him long term.. Having two is better..

BTW Kamara scored his first TD last week in 5 games rushing look how many ingram has..hmm

Zekes our Bell cow and for good reason..stop rushing Pollard into the mix..he will get his and its very unfair comparing him to Kamara at this point..

Pollard couldn't do half of what Kamara can do
Your prediction is no better than the OPs prediction. It all comes down to the game plan (Kellen’s game plan)

Kamara has commercials, etc! The NFL has promoted the kid (Kamara). Could that happen to Pollard? Possibly.

We all know the bell cow is Zeke! So that might negate all the fan fair. I could careless.

Hopefully Tony stays healthy and makes the most of any carries or passes he gets!

Pollard -vs- Kamara? Why compare their starter to our backup? Why not compare Zeke to Kamara? Would that not be fair? Picking on the rookie seems like you are picking an unfair fight even though the rookie just had his first 100-yard game and TD. Why pick this fight?

I think we are saving Pollard in the passing game for tougher opponents, no need to showcase that against teams we are destroying. He has had a couple passes just to get it on tape but Moore will have something special for each team we play

Pollard has more explosiveness than zeke and imo a lot if other ones do to

but zeke is a load and his vision is second to none.....hes a 4,4,5,2,3,3,4,4,5 yard kinda guy

pollard right now isnt touching Kamara though......Kamara will put up 1k on the ground and 1k in receiving multiple times before he hangs it up

if pollard can get 500 yards rushing and 500 receiving this offense will be unstoppable

In game 3 of 2019, Rushing Stats:
Kamara: 16 for 69 yards...against the 4th-best rushing defense in the NFL. Plus 9 catches for 92 yards and a TD.
Pollard: 13 for 103 yards...against the worst rushing defense in the NFL (on pace to be the worst rushing defense ever), a defense giving up over 200 yards rushing per game.
Pollard looks to be a fine player, but this comparison is silly.

1. I posted about rushing.

2. Pollard's college receiving stats are significantly better than Kamara's.

3. Kamara had has had 2 NFL games with over 100 yards rushing. Pollard already has 1 in only 3 games played as a backup.
4. The comparison you made was silly.
