Dak didn't fumble the ball 2 times. He ran Garretts predictable odfense. Loss isn't on him.
The loss is on the DTs and the o-line. The cowboys had the ball once in the 3rd qtr. The saints had the ball for more than 8 minutes. as bad as Zeke looked tonight, had the saints not help the ball for 80% of the half, he would've eventually had a few good runs. You can let a team keep the ball that long and expect to win.

I can't put this on Elliott, we lost the battle in the trenches on both sides of the ball. Elliott had 18 rushing touches and averaged 1.9 Kamara had 17 rushing touches and averaged 4.1 Kamara even had the better receiving average 6.7 to 5.0

Elliott commented after the game that he was surprised at the energy and the physicalness that the Saints played with, he said it was like a playoff game. That tells me that one team was ready to play and one team wasn't.

Even looking at the last play the Saints ran some wide split Blitz, had the situation been reversed we would have rushed three dropped everyone else and the ball would have definitely made it to the end zone.

We just got whipped, Checkmate Sean Payton:(

Zeke is a great back, but he is like anyone else. Needs blocking and the Oline got mauled tonight. Did he even have one outside run called? GP was horrid.

We ran a pitch to the right with Three blockers leading the way, we got 3 yds...

Even Broaddus stated the obvious about this last week. The Saints built their D-line to shut down the run inside the tackles. The one thing they're built for and absolutely wanted us to do.....WE DID JUST THAT!! This reminds me of our run-ins with the Giants D-line of 2016. We knew that we couldn't power run block through the interior.....but we attempted it anyway. I would normally blame the OC, but the variety/versatility of play-calling we've seen from Kellen the first 3 weeks, only to have it look like 2017/18 again....reeks of a should-be desperate coach that got all too comfortable with a 3-0 record and tried to ease his way back into his old habits of creating Sunday game plans.

he doesn’t look all that great. Almost like he missed all of preseason and needs to get in shape

Needed to pass to set up the run tonight. Couldn't do it. Tyron was getting whipped all night and the Saints only needed to send four. Needed more creativity in the play calling to counter it, didn't get it. Pollard wasn't even used. Zeke did look slow as molasses when he did get the ball. Not good.

Rodney Harrison basically said at half if he was Dak he’s throw it deep to Cooper on the outside to open it up. Saints showed man plenty.

QBs got to force looks as well.

Zeke's going to be lucky if he can even be a top 5 RB this year. I see him finishing closer to 10. You don't pay a "game changer" that much money to play like this...

There was a point where Zeke needed to make a first down to earn his pay towards the end. He came up short . I'm thinking , 90 million and he can get this very doable first down ? ☹️

The play that bothered me was the short reception in the second half. He got the ball with a little open field and it almost looked like he was struggling to run. There was definitely no burst or change of direction. He was run down easily and he just didn't look like the Zeke of a few years ago. Its true that the O line did him no favors but I can't think of a time all night where he looked like he had some energy. Not sure if he wasn't prepared or if he still isn't in game shape but that was terrible last night.

by your take....money says you should do it all, despite inefficiency from 10 others or the game planners.
