It doesn't matter. There's no sense being scared about the 'what if's'. The unknown is why so many of JG's supporters would rather keep him than fire him. Fire the moron the second he arrives for work this morning and deal with the aftermath later. Its a knee jerk for sure, but retaining him and continuing to make lame excuses for him does no good.

And don't even start with the crap 'but the team rallied around JG after he threw the flag down'. Dallas was trailing 31-3 at that time and GB had already started playing soft. More lame excuses to retain an incompetent coach.

JG ain't get fired during the season. There is no obvious, viable replacement immediately available so there is no point making a change until the spring. He will be out of contract and gone then though.

Garrett isn't going anywhere during the season but if this team doesn't make the playoffs, I suspect there will be a coaching change. This is Garrett's make or break year, which is why he didn't get an extended contract last season. By the looks of yesterday's game, this team can most likely win 4 more games. A questionable one will be Detroit because they're hit and miss against the Cowboys. My expectation is probably no better than 8-8.
