Interesting. I found a post on Reddit where they had QB records against team with winning records from 2009-2016. Not an entire list but gives a pretty good indication of just how few QBs do actually have a record against winning teams.I dont know. I just happened to see it posted on the NFL network.
I’m not going to sit here and pretend like there’s some official definition for “garbage time”, but looking at the win probability and expected points added, I would say no, Super Bowl LI did not enter garbage time. The Patriots won a super bowl in “garbage time” vs the Falcons.
This. On top of common sense these Dak riders are unbelievable smh. People making fun of garbage time but if it wasn't the stats wouldn't show overwhelmingly when you get down that much your team will lose. If it was the norm people wouldn't make a big deal about it when it happens. I can't believe people will make themselves disingenuous and stupid just to be right smh.I’m not going to sit here and pretend like there’s some official definition for “garbage time”, but looking at the win probability and expected points added, I would say no, Super Bowl LI did not enter garbage time.
Besides, even if the situation merited it, it was literally the last game of the season. There is no reason for either team to leave anything on the field.
Well saidI guess nothing else he can do except, BEAT GOOD TEAMS. STOP THROWING BAD INTERCEPTIONS. AND GROW A PAIR AND SHOW SOME LEADERSHIP.
