I was very impressed with Knight, I thought he held his own.I thought knight played well took, especially when they get him moving sideways

What makes you think he's played the worst? Explain that
Explain what ? He leads the team in QB pressures allowed, Sacks, and PenalitiesWhy do you say he's played significantly worse?
He's very good at run blocking. He's very intelligent. You're right he's not the greatest is always one link that has to be weaker than the rest. But I have confidence that he's getting better and that's what really countsExplain what ? He leads the team in QB pressures allowed, Sacks, and Penalities
I don't think he's some absolute bum like some people here but it's pretty obvious of the 5 starters he's the weakest link (same story last season)
It's not that I forgot about him but isn't he injuredId put looney at LG.
I remember the year we drafted to Zack Martin I was one of the very few on the original Cowboys fan form that wanted him because I paid attention to Notre Dame everyone was screaming defense and I didn't know what I was talking about. And then two seasons after it was like it was a genius. But that's not the point. The point is he's a run making machine. And so is Freddy. Pass-blocking was never his strong suit but he doesn't stink at it. Something's not right with this offensive line I think the culture. That's the locker room the coaching
Problem with that is there arguably 2 season in on a 3 year window. Drafting a project and putting him out of position at the start of a 3 year windows isn't logical. He could be a high level starter in 2021 but that kinda defeats the purpose of a prime window, should of plugged someone in 2018 who was ready to properly play LG.He's very good at run blocking. Cowboys fan forum. The old site. I miss my Landry's hat it was a lot of work achievement. I remember back then most people wanted defense they were so upset at first.Well, I don't know about the board you were on then but here, that was a very well received pick. Lots of folks wanted an impact Edge Rusher, everybody wanted Donald but that wasn't happening. I think everybody here, for the most part, was really happy to get Martin at 16. That was a steal for sure.
This team reaches for draft picks just like Freddy. How many people were upset we took him in the second round. It's just taken Williams a little bit longer that's all. You don't spend a near top 50 pick on a project for a team entering it's prime. You need a solid starting guard, a solid starting safety, or a solid DT
I think I asked the same question. I don't recall that many flags on himExplain why. Can you post the link that you are getting the info off of. I haven't seen it so it would be interesting to look at it.
This has to be on of the worst analysis, Connor has cost the team 6 TDs so far, and you forgot the constant pressure up the middle as he was getting manhandled

He has 4 total so far. The other 4 starters have a combined 5 just to put that into perspectiveI think I asked the same question. I don't recall that many flags on him
Connor Williams has been solid.
Another problem is not having Tyron Smith next to him.

1400 snaps combined for 5 penalities versus 420 snaps for 4............ (lol)What are the snap counts among those starters? Also, it was that long ago that Tyron was one of the most flagged offensive linemen in the league. That's hardly the whole story.
For that matter, how many 2nd round picks have started at OG as rookies and played well?
https://www.nflfullhd.com/dallas-cowboys-vs-new-york-jets-13-oct-2019-replay-full-game/There is no question that the OL is hurting. LT/RT out, C recovering from a major injury, RG playing injured, heck, Williams is really the only healthy OL right now. That's definitely a big part of the problem but even still, that doesn't account for the way we've lost. We really should have won every single game from what I've seen, with the exception of the Jets. I didn't see the Jets game.
