I don't have an issue with Connor. I can deal with young talent struggling. I think he shows flashes of becoming an above average starter.

My issues are with consistently over hyping (and overpaying) marginal JAGS like Jeff Heath and Tyrone Crawford.

Dallas has drafted 6 players in the last five years that have been to a total of 13 Pro Bowls. Meanwhile JAG OGs like Justin Pugh got 45 Million dollars over 5 years in free agency.

If you think FAs like that are a great plan, please let us know what current Dallas player you let walk so you can give their cap room to a guy worse than Conner Williams.

We've gone over and over the PFF issue at CZ.

PFF player grades are garbage.

They release grades within 24 hours. The quantity of snaps to be graded is huge. About 53,000 snaps per week to grade.

They hire people with no experience to "grade film".
