So how does a coach motivate the players? Is it a big rah rah speech before the game? Is it a promise to take them to CiCi's after the game if they win? These guys aren't pop Warner. These a professional athletes that get paid a lot of money to do their job. If it takes an external source to motivate them, Gawd help them.

I dont see any reason for that comment unless there had been previous interference, or knowing JG wanted to be OC again, that he might interfere.
Also kellen would not have to go to jerry, they might call him in and ask him some questions.

You have to learn how to control the tosterone the energy. You can't play excited out of control it creates penalties. That's why the second half we usually come out and play so much better. Because that initial burst of energy is gone. Motivation is chaos under control.

remember against New Orleans we turned the back over at mid field twice. Against gb we were in their territory a lot but again made mistakes.

From a creativity standpoint though things have looked different. Maybe moore just needed to adjust... learn to stay aggressive.

He's also 3 games, good games, into his career and knows he's given enough film for NO to prepare better and he's inexperienced. New OC's get experience just the way he's getting it.

The wacky thing is that posters here don't allow for his learning curve and DC's jacking with him and the other thing, again, is play called vs play executed. I doubt that Young Kellen called those two fumbles. Had those not happened, might that have affected the final 12-10 score?

Why wouldn't he be looking for reasons? He likes him and he makes Booger feel comfortable and at his age, that is very important to him.

He has no intention of not keeping Garrett and is giving hints out as the season progresses. Booger is not going to take the chance that another HC would make him uncomfortable.

there was noticeable difference in execution. didn't see too many dropped balls. didn't see dak on his back and getting hit too often. didn't see zeke getting tackled in the back field much...amazing how execution leads to plays just magically working better.

That game looked like the first 3. And please dont give me the whole Eagles are bad schtick. Leading up to that game we were going to get clobbered by Cox and co.

I noticed a lot more motion and deception. I honestly think Moore had enough and went to Jerry. Just my opinion but it looked like a different offense.
