Zeke only has 1 40+ yard run in his Pro Career since Rookie year... 1. It’s Just who zeke is now. I don’t think that’s worth 90Million, but he’s definitely the Engine driving our team right now.

Pollard has that House call ability as we’ve seen a couple times, so hopefully they increase his workload.

Even the Chiefs RB has a 90+ yard run. It’s mind boggling how rare Zeke bust a big run with how often he touches the ball with this O-Line.
This is not accurate.

TROLL worst on this site, we see right through the 10 EE Haters and all the Troll threads..i saw Pollard get knocked back hard in pass blocking, drop passes, be out of place in routes etc etc hes backup , hes not better then Zeke, hes Joseph Randall and fans are claiming meat on the bone, until they get exposed.. I like Pollard but hes not better then Zeke.. Remember JR hes was averaging over 5YPC sometimes more in relief, so much so he claimed Murrays 1800 yard season could have been more if he got the ball more.. what happened to him?

Zeke is not that type of runner, him getting paid did not make him a faster scat back type, yes Emmitt smith was also not that way.. EE is a runner like ES, its obvious..they are not speed wiggle guys, they are great runners, who are beast volume type guys who Occasionally break a long run..

this is truly out of control..

This, Zeke and ES were not Tony Dorsett guys. TD could take it to the house anytime, look up on youtube " Prettiest runner ever Tony Dorsett", that is not what Zeke and ES were and are.

Right now the true value from Zeke is to keep the chains moving and get those dirty yards.

I still prefer 2016 Zeke over the bulked up Zeke we've got every year after that.

He used to be a big play guy and now he just hunts down safeties and gets tackled. I hate it.

This is why I hate post like this, the guy runs and does more than any running back in the game. Lets take a look at the facts, other than just spewing out a bunch of non-sense and being in our personal opinion/feelings. Zeke is 6th in rushing right now, he has about 20-30 less attempts than some people above him, and is some how only 20-70 yards behind them. They have 5-6 more 20+ yard runs than him but don't have many yards more than he does. What does this mean? It means that those times Zeke is dragging people pass the line of scrimmage on the plays where our line doesn't block well, they would get stopped dead in there tracks. There are other teams with good lines that there running backs do not average as many yards as he does. The point is this, we have to stop saying if we had this person or that person, yes Saquon is faster and more of a home run threat, but on the yards where he has no choice to get dirty yards he wouldn't get them. So I personally would rather have a back that is going to run/block/and make contact and not get dismantled, than a home run every now an than hitter.

Yeah, his home run hitting ability seems to be completely gone. Can't beat a safety one on one in the open field anywhere like rookie Zeke.

Overall, he has looked a lot better the last two games though. He looked very average the first 5-6 weeks.

Zeke got fat, his ability to make house calls outside the 20 is pretty much gone.

People who say things like this either never saw or don’t remember Troy Hambrick very well. He was about half as fast as Zeke. Zeke never has been a shifty back. He’s a Mack truck with good top end speed.

140 is a fine performance, but its a legitimate question to ask whether Zeke has lost some home run ability. If he is a chain mover and pile driver now, there isn't anything wrong with it.

For $108 million, I expect at least 150 total yards, 5+ catches and 2+ TDs in every single game. H should be putting up better numbers than CMAC and Dalvin Cook.

Seriously. Wow. I will say he has cut in looking for contact instead of cutting out a few times but most defenses are playing the run. We played the egirls and they were #2 against the run. Elliot was dragging defenders to 111 yards. Hambrick couldn’t do that or he would have been paid.

I guess. I would like to see at least some sign he can still break off home runs when he gets to the second level.

He can't, he either doesn't have the hole to get the long gain or he runs into contact instead of making the right move to go for 6.

I don't know if these posts are meant to generate conversation, or expose the complete failure of our education system.

10 mil as a rb. 3.5 mil as a #3 wr. 1.5 mil as a blocking fb. Totals 15 mil yearly and only counts as 1 on the 53 man roster. Sounds like a good idea to me.

why do you need a blocking FB, we have Zeke? LOL

All that money, the least he could do is block.

They pay him 15 million because they win with him. Your expectations are unrealistic.

We win with Heath too. Pay him 15 million?

What have we won with Zeke? Disappears in the big games. Needs a top Oline to run through big holes and even when there all big holes he cant take it to the house like other backs.

Once again you have no clue who or what you are talking to.
Why do you consistently stalk me and try to get me to defend saying something I never said.

go to my posting history and find me 1 single post I have ever made like this about Dak. You think everyone here is either pro Dak or pro Zeke. Sorry child. I’m pro cowboys and very much like both Dak and Zeke.

you tried this before and failed.

How about this annoying little dude.

Find my post where I said or even implied this about Dak and I’ll never post here again. Account deleted. But if you can’t then you walk away never to annoy me again.

As soon as you stop saying dumb things on here, then I will have no reason to put you in your place.

Troy Hambrick? Stop it. You never watched him play if you think Zeke compares to him in the open field.

The only thing I care about more and more is his longevity. Marion Barber looked incredible for a couple few seasons running roughshod over people, earning the nickname Barbarian. Even Deion used to say during his highlights that every carry looked like “the last carry on earth”...given the intensity of collisions and punishment being dished out.

All of this to say that we just paid Zeke $50M guaranteed and this level of punishment doesn’t bode well for him seeing the end of that contract, however entertaining it is to watch.
I noticed Zeke does call out is games especially in that third quarter. I think they are doing a better job of getting him some time off.
