If anyone wonders why Garrett needs to go, this game is why

Are we certain that Garrett's headset is even plugged in? I've never once this season seen a camera pan to him while he's speaking into his headset. I honestly believe they gave him a disconnected headset to let him wear and pretend he's doing something important.

Can anyone find me a clip from a game THIS YEAR of Garrett talking into his headset? I would pay real, cold hard cash to see a clip of this if it exists.

And the play sheet just gets tucked in the back of his pants and he doenst use it at all.

Never seen a more useless coach.

That right there tells you another part of the problem. Country Club Jerry backs up the misconduct. So now we have team captains doing it, the HC doing nothing, and then the owner backup up the undisciplined action.

Perfect reason why things arent going to change and why the Cowboys are a team that consistently under achieves.

You ever have your buddies six? Ahhh never mind, we know you don’t. If you watched that game and had a problem with any of the guys doing what they did to Hernandez, you probably shouldn’t watch anymore. The Cowboys getting penalized for having some emotions and trying to be a little nasty is the LEAST of the problems .

Well, if Garrett said something at half time, they completely ignored him. Not sure which is worse.

As far as the during the game, everything they showed was Garrett doing nothing. And had Garrett gotten in the face of a player, no doubt they replay that action. It never happened.

And yah, the cameras were consistently showing the misconduct and then scanning over to Garrett to see his reaction. NOTHING

Have you ever seen Garrett chew out a player on the sidelines? Is it so unbelievable to you or are you just doing whatever you can to defend the horrid Garrett?

What do you think Bellicheck does if that starts happening with his team. We know what he does. The guy gets benched immediately.

Have you seen Belicheck chew out a player?
And yes I've seen Garrett get on a player. As I said you dont know what was said or not said to the player/players

Belli is a real coach. They don't cross Belli. If they do they get benched. IF a guy fumbles, he gets benched.

This is becoming the Wade Phillips era. Players just doing whatever they want and focusing when they want to
this is what I see, and also most games it is like all the players are not on the same page, or have the same
motivation. I see players on the bench looking spaced out and depressed, whether winning or losing.
It is like they know it is a circus, and they are not going anywhere in playoffs, so just show up and get the money.

If wade had a competent OC he might have done better. Instead he had Garrett.

Have you seen him do it. I don't want to hear w ha t you think. I gave real evidence of Garrett getting on Gregory for a dumb penalty. Point is you don't know what happens so your whole narrative is garbage

It was sad to watch how undisciplined this team is. Dumb dumb penalties over and over again. And it was leaders like Jaylon, Lawrence, Quinn, ect....ect.... doing a lot of it.

And Garrett sat there and did NOTHING but shake his head and pat fannies.

Dallas even came out at halftime and NOTHING changed. And the Cowboys were talking smack all game long like they had something to brag about. All this with 3 and 5 point leads at times.

After the game all the announcers were disgusted at how much talent the Cowboys had, but how sloppy they play. A few guys directly referencing Garrett and the coaching.
Not saying that you are wrong, but really, how do you know there isn't some sort of discipline being taken for dumb penalties, etc.? Point is, we have no clue what goes on in the meetings after games. Garrett is very much a coach that does not like to say too much to the press, so I really doubt he would come out and say that player x is being fined $50k for some dumb penalty that he had. I don't mind the aggressive penalties so much (roughing the passer, maybe a PI), even though they can hurt. What would drive me crazy is the pre-snap penalties, the unsportsmanlike conduct, etc. Honestly, I would be surprised if there aren't some consequences in place for these types of penalties. Garrett just isn't going to go to the media and tell everybody what they are.

Dumb penalties were going on all game. The moment the misconduct stuff started happening, Garrett should have handled it right then. It was Jaylon, our defensive team captain that was stirring it all up. And they were all talking smack. Garrett did NOTHING. At one point, scrubs on special teams started doing it too. Well if the captain does it, why not?

Pathetic. And a perfect example why Garrett is not HC material.
Pretty sure you are wrong here. The only thing I remember Jaylon doing was trying to slap the ball out of somebody's hands. Then Hernandez pushed him. There was no penalty on that play.

I agree.

I thought the biggest issue and the root cause of it all was the actions of Will Hernandez. And the referees let him get away with murder and didn't call him for it. That's precisely how and why things escalated they way they did.

Garrett is not a coach that is highly emotional, so if you are expecting him to yell and scream at players on the sidelines, you will be waiting a long time. Some coaches are yellers and some aren't. I'm not remotely putting Garret in Landry's class, but Landry wasn't a yeller and screamer. He was very stoic on the sidelines. Pete Carroll doesn't yell and scream at his players. He just chomps his gum, claps and gives them a pat when they come off the field. Doug Pederson? Didn't see him doing a lot of yelling at his team when we were curb stomping them. Andy Reid? Not much yelling there either.

Absolutely I have seen him do it.

Are you angry because you dont like to hear the truth or is Garrett some kind of hero of yours?

Im talking about on the field during the game. In game management and player control.

Did you see any attempt to stop the players from doing stupid things? Did the players continue to do stupid things all game long?

And lets pretend there is discipline. Was it working? Then of course Jerry comes is interviewed after the game and doesnt even hold them accountable. Part of the problem.

Definitely not wrong. YOu can watch it again if you like. He was in the middle of everything, running over, talking smack and then laughing it up on the sidelines with the players.
