Gameday menu!

Were there Vikings in Minnesota? Is that something that has been historically proven? I'm not sure that's something that was real. So the theme to today's menu is no utensils. We are eating like savages today with finger food. Turkey legs, corn on the cob, hot wings, and corn dogs. Beer and Wine to wash it down and for the sober folks, we have soda pop. Poker starts at noon and stops when the Cowboys game kicks off. We have lots of napkins so don't mess up the playing cards. Invite to friends and family has already gone out so if you didn't get one don't crash the festivities... unless you bring plenty of gambling money. $20 buy-in.

You are lucky I was not invited. I would have cleaned you guys out. Ate all the wings and used all the napkins. But then you guys would have been able to focus on playing poker and not messing up the cards so there is that.

I think I’m going with Marcos pizza, which is really good pizza for a chain and some German chocolate cake

We just got one of those in my area. Of course it's on the other side of the suburbs from me, but, I have had it and the old style pepperoni is delicious.

Good morning!! Using the outdoor skillet to make some chicken fajitas with bell pepper, onion and mushroom. Smother it all with some gooey Mexican hacadero cheese!! The wife is making Charro beans with extra bacon and sliced Earl Campbell spicy sausage. We'll use flour tortillas slathered with quacamole as plates!

T-bone steak broccoli bok choy tossed in garlic and olive oil with some 15 year old Dalwhinnie single malt to wash it all down.

Yeah I can’t eat any of the other chains anymore, they had a $5 off coupon the other day on the Marcos website and I got a large for like 7 bucks

You sound like my uncle, he usually cleans up pretty good when we play poker. He was on the WSoP tour for a couple of years. He wasn't invited but he usually shows up anyway with his $20 buy-in in hand and an appetite.

Tacos! I will be putting Mad Dog 357 1 million Scoville hot crap into the taco mix. Then each taco will have Hydra 7-Pot Primo Hot Sauce 1.5 million Scoville topped off with a generous amount of Mrs. Renfro's habanero sauce. If the Cowboys don't come out on fire tonight, I certainly will. Along with whatever I contribute to the bathroom. A small sacrifice for a glorious win.

PS. I will be using Rogue Dead Guy Ale instead of water.
