He carried us period. Started off sluggish and missing, but thats why you watch all FOUR quarters. He turned in a great game. Only a troll says otherwise.

yeah I’m sure the pass blocking on third had nothing to do with it and neither did Cooper against a young CB that the Vikings were content with letting cover Cooper with no safety help.. but OK

Of course because the boys came back and even took the lead, but don’t forget the 14-0 deficit once again by this poorly coached team having to come back

> he played amazing
> his slow start and sloppy play initially helped get us the L

Are you folks listening to yourself? Can you not just say he “played well for a few quarters”, of “he had some amazing passes”? Stating he played amazing, just in general, is not accurate.

Are you 10 or something? You think because we didn't win the first quarter we lost the game? The first quarter meant NOTHING after we tied it, it was 0-0 again.... what is wrong with you? you have the logic of a little kid....

Nah hes right

Slow start
Wouldnt keep the read option for **** when he had room and they were on Zekes *** the whole night
Pre determined reas to Zeke on that 4th and 4 when Cobb was wide open

he played well but ^^^^ contributed ALOT to this loss

I don’t particularly agree. He didn’t win the game but him and the passing game were the only reason they were in it. I think I’m on the same fence you are but viewing it as tho he could have won them the game and didn’t. Not that he contributed to the loss

Lol you just mentioned a flaw in his game. WHY DOES HE CONTINUE TO START SLOW WHICH CAUSES US TO CATCH UP?

I don’t get why this is being downplayed here. Again, he had some good/great throws, he wasn’t awful, but he did not play “great” or “amazing” - he was part of the reason we took an L, he was part of the reason we were in a hole early, he is part of the reason we couldn’t get it done late in the 4th...

I'd just like to see all phases kick in like last week. Just seems there's always an issue w one of the phases

as good as he was on those third and longs he produced 3 points on two trips into the redzone in the fourth quarter of an important one score game.

Saying great is not right. Don't you have to score a td in at least one of those situations and win the game to be great.

I'm sorry but I am almost certain that 3rd down run is on him. The vikings just like the jets basically said go ahead and throw the ball we are stopping zeke and they did and parked a safety in the middle of the field.

I just dont remember more than a handful of games when Dak has actually brought us back and we won in the situation we were in tonight. It seems we always come up short.

I am not saying dak is why we lost, the defense especially that line of armstrong, covington and hyder together were terrible. The middle linebacker here makes no impact plays.

The reality is you have to look at how defenses game plan against this team.

You think of Romo was sitting back there, the Vikings even with Zeke would have put an additional defender in the box all day long and leave their CBs on islands with Cooper and Gallup all day.

please..

He wasnt without fault and it was far from a perfect game.

But you cant say he contributed to the loss and have any credibility behind those words

At some point you become so ridged and dug in that you miss it. Its going way over your head man.

The best you can do is a played well but contributed alot to the loss. Smh cmon man.

It’s pretty obvious. Teams just, like you said, ‘park’ one safety in the middle. That’s why those sideline routes are always there.

heard zeke just say the third down was a RPO and a good read but there was nowhere to go.

How is it a good read then?

Are you football illiterate? Do I need to write this out in the dark with a light saber for you to get it?

Are you seriously attempting to address getting 0 points for a quarter has no impact on a game? Are you suggesting being down 0-14 has no impact on a gameplan and doesn’t shift control to the opposition and give momentum?

Are you suggesting the QB getting the ball back with over 2 minutes on the clock and not getting it done in the clutch isn’t part of the QB performance?

So let me get this straight: QB performances only matter from Q2 to around 5 minutes in the 4th quarter? You seem to be ignoring a good chunk of a game.

Sure I can. That’s just not my opinion. I thought he played a phenomenal game and honestly believed we would win at the end. I was wholly confident because he’d played so well. Amazing =/= perfect tho.

Because one sub par 1st quarter doesn't take away excellence for the majority of the game. If he was fumbling the ball or getting picked youd have something, but he wasnt.

Any help from Zeke and the defense and we are looking at a whole different outcome. Carried us.

Yall just look petty now. Hes proven yall wrong all season. Wake up.

I’ve said it before. I’ll say it again.

the QB is NOT the problem.

it wasn’t with Romo. It isn’t with Dak.

the problem is another QB that’s been standing on the sidelines for over 8 years now.
This game was definitely on Garrett, possibly Moore as well. But it's Moore's first year, so I can't really be too upset with him.

Look..

If I see one safety deep and have guys like Cooper and Gallup in man, and the Vikings playing an additional man in the box to stop the run and my blocking is pretty good.

Is it really genius to call an audible and attack the outside? Or is it difficult to knowing the CB is worried your WR is going to get beat deep, so all you have to do is throw a give me come back route?

That’s basically the life of Dak right now..

Cobb’s deep crossing routes on third and long were precisely built on the pass protection Dak was getting on third down and the Vikings focused on the run game..
