Keep would be a awesome backup but if he still has the skillset from a couple of years ago, he can still start in this league. I know he'd be better than Fitzpatrick, Tannehill, Jameis, flacco, and some others.

It seems the Cowboys organization might possibly be open to giving Kaepernick fair consideration to win a backup QB role. Interesting. I surely wouldn't be adverse to it if it turns out he'd be willing to meet their requirements and prove his talents are still intact. This is not a political statement in any way. Would he be willing to accept a backup role? That's the issue, here.
