Was he the answer Sun night? I thought we lost the game?

Yes , he was only reason we were in the game. But is that a winning formula for us? Especially against the more Elite teams?

The contributing effects are notable. Otherwise we’ve gone back to the same arguments we had with Romo.
I’m so sorry to have interrupted you.

You can go back to deciphering the incomprehensible code of how time of possession per drive is calculated.

As much as I am not a big Dak fan but the man is one of the good players on this team.

I literally said not being mean and asked you a question. If that is a personal attack to you, you're not young you're what I've thought you are the entire time.

I was trying to get down to the root of why you cant understand such simple concepts to give you some slack, but nevermind.

You're blocked. This is a place for constructive conversation and you get in the way of that due to intellect. No more free football lessons for you, bye.
I get the concept . I just don’t agree with the narrative.

"The final results are all that matter"

"But what about the offense stalling the very first drive of..."

He tries to use narrative as a motive for others, when he's given all the facts and ignores them because of his own narrative that was easily disproven. My time here will be much better without him

A quarterback is only as good as the team around him. Notice the word TEAM!

In the end if the results aren’t more favorable. Who cares.

It then comes down to arguing over who you like or don’t like more. Kinda like the10 years we had with Romo. Oh boy..

Bottom line is it’s not a winning formula for this team however spectacular Dak performed most of the game. I was attempting to spell out what my take was on it and the effects are overall.

It appears some are more concerned about a personal performance than the entire team.

Facts can be produced to support an opinion or narrative. This is one of those instances IMO.

You just have a bad habit of dismissing facts if they don’t agree with your opinion or narrative.

Rather than taking them into consideration and then drawing your conclusion based off the facts.

I’m not dismissing the facts. I’m arguing their effects.

You’re simply coming to a different conclusion.

Correct. Despite a ton of evidence that points otherwise. You’re sticking to your very poor conclusion. I agree.

I’m concluding that our overall lack of TOP is a factor in losing these games. And why defenses will continue scheming to **** down our running game.

Because it’s proven method to best is despite whatever stats Dak throws up there or heroic comeback attempts.

It’s like the Romo all over again.

you said that the lack of overall TOP was part of the reason the defense got punked. Which is not a good conclusion.
Overall yes. We left them on the field too long.

Our dominating running game controlling TOP in the entire game has a more positive effect on this team winning games. Part of that positive impact is it leaves our defense off the field.

In this game though the defense was on the field too much due to their inability to get off it. The offense held the ball for long periods of time despite the poor running game.

that’s what the facts show.

A team should strive for balance and no one position or side have to carry the team. With that being said, good teams will have to find ways to win when they can't play the way they prefer. There are games every year when the passing game is struggling and the run game has to "carry" the team, this past Sun the run game was shut down so the passing game should have carried the load, there will be games the offense or defense is struggling and the other side has to step up.

It's up to the coaching staff to adjust and that's seems where this team struggles. We've seen this time and again with our coaches, trying the same things that aren't working over and over again and/or getting away from what is working.
